Good for brunch

We had a girls weekend at the Burnham and enjoyed getting to know Tom and Noreen the fabulous bartenders at the lobby bar, the Atwood. Great service, great food, and great camaraderie. These two made our weekend a very memorable time! PS pork belly BLT was to die for . . .

We had some of our best meals in Chicago here, including an excellent scallops dish. Cocktails were also good, if expensive. Very good breakfast that appears popular for business meetings.

Ok food and atmosphere but nothing to rave about. The service was ok but a bit dry, food decent with only 1 dish that I would want again. Benefit is that is was quick, is in the theater district so easy to grab a bite before and after and often they have extra points on OpenTable if you make a... More

We chose this restaurant because it was recommended by our tour guide and it was near the L train station. My 4 children and I stopped here on our way to catching the L to the the Chicago O'Hare Airport. This hotel is downstairs in the Burnham Hotel, a historic building, made of glass-and-steel built in the late 1800's. Our... More

Lovely neighborhood restaurant, great food, with a hip city vibe. Wait staff is great, delicious food. Connected to the Burhnam Hotel that takes doggies, too. (Kimpton Hotel)The Atwood is a great place to go before a show. The decor is beautiful and elegant but not stuffy at all. You will not be disappointed in anything here at all.

I highly recommend sitting on the patio, weather permitting of course. The friendly service was very impressive. I had the salmon benedict and it was just incredible! Great coffee, an overall happy experience.

We sat on the patio and it was perfect location to people watch and just have a great view of the shopping street in downtown Chicago. We went around noon, perfect for brunch and we didn't have to wait at all. I had the vodka bloody mary which was full of flavor! For lunch, I had the porkbelly sliders which... More
