Coco Pazzo has been around for years for good reason...not a heavy red sauce in sight and consistent first rate food. Outstanding, well presented and prepared food in a comfortable atmosphere...outside seating as well. Oh, and don't forget the wide ranging wine list. For an app get the chicken livers, something that rarely appears on menus these days. Here they... More

Consistently outstanding Italian cuisine and one of the best in Chicago. The atmosphere is charming and romantic, and the tables are well-spaced to enjoy a perfect evening with friends and loved ones. The service is always top-notch, as is the food. We dine here at least twice a year and recently took friends to celebrate an anniversary. The squid ink... More

My family of four ate dinner here while visiting Chicago. It was very good. Service was good and our meals were delicious. We had pasta, pork and a chicken entrée. Great choice!

We enjoyed Coco Pazzo. The ambiance was nice-- open wood beams in ceiling and exposed brick walls on the exterior facing wall. The large brick oven is visible in the back. The food was good-- I had the red snapper special with an olive sauce. Very generous piece of fish. I also had a tagliatelle pasta appetizer -- I like... More

The food was good, not amazing, but the waiters were very attentive despite the crowd. They didn't seem to mind that my boss orders her courses one at a time. I had the Rigatoni Buttera which was good comfort food, but not fresh pasta.

As had friends in from out of town that foodies staying in Chicago & are foodies, knew I needed to introduce these friends to one of Chicago's best. We started with Antipasti which our fantastic waiter made up for us. There was prosciutto, roasted vegetables, olives & some parmesan pieces. Next was the shared Risotto of the day which was... We had an excellent family dinner here. Great service, great wine and great food. We made a reservation which was absolutely necessary for our party of 8. The calamari appetizer was outstanding. All of the entrees were delicious- very fresh and tasty.

Our flight was late and they were very accommodating to move our reservation for 5, and quick to serve cocktails immediately upon seating! The bread was good and super thin home made bread sticks. The only disappointment was they were out of a few dishes including the ravioli. However, the squid ink pasta was to die for, as were other... More
