Staying at the nearby Mile North hotel, we wanted to dine in a nice place that was neither "fast food" nor outrageously expensive. We enjoyed our meal here, everything was very nice, the service, the food, the prices and wine were average and the ambience was good. It was perfect for our needs that evening.

Modern True Italian (not heavy sauces and overcooked pasta) makes this restaurant a delight. Professional waitstaff - efficient and proficient. Went for lunch - great setting for a business lunch - good lighting, not loud, tables are spaced out nicely. We had the salmon and the risotto with black truffles and asparagus. Great street parking available or valet for $14.... More

We dined here recently during a visit in Chicago. We had eaten here previously a few years ago and it was even better than I remembered. Our server was delightful, attentive and right on with her suggestions. Everyone's food was exceptional, especially the pasta dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We ate here recently over Labor day weekend. The meal was great. Fresh fresh fresh, simple, and well done, just like you'd get in Tuscany. Start with the Mozarella di Bufala. Trust me. I had an excellent pasta dish with sausage that was delicious. My wife loved her meal. I've been to Italy a few time now- and this was... More

We found Coco Pazzo online and decided to try it because it was close by and the reviews were good. We were SO happy that we did! This restaurant is beautiful inside and serves excellent food. We ended up eating at the bar which was just fine. The bartenders were attentive and friendly. We had really nice glasses of wine... More

The food was delicious! The mix of seasoning -- perfect. Pasta was cooked just the way I like it. The wait to be seated was pretty long. It is a beautiful place but not sure I'll be going back there.

Enjoyed a wonderful meal - recommended by the locals to those of us from out of town. Authentic italian with an antipasto platter that could be a meal. Service was impeccable with a waiter that had just the right amount of attention without making us feel rushed or a problem. We had a business party of 4 - seated quickly... More

I came to Coco Pazzo for a business dinner during a convention. They were able to accommodate our party of 8 at a round table, but I am not sure if they have any spaces for larger parties. The service was phenomenal and timely- never had to flag anyone down to order or feel pressured. The wine list was phenomenal.... More

Scoozi in River North area closed so we were looking for a great place for Italian. Coco came highly recommended and we were told it has been around for a long time. We booked through opentable and our table was ready for us. The service was excellent and food/atmosphere were fantastic. I would highly recommend Coco if you are craving... More

We chose this restaurant during our recent visit to Chicago after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. Maybe our expectations were consequently too high, but we found ourselves a little disappointed with our experience. We had the calamari appetizer which was tender but could have used more flavor. Likewise the artichoke stuffed farro tortelli could have been more flavorful. The... More
