We were told we had to visit Gino's while in town and were not disappointed. fun to see the history on the walls and the pizza was wonderful. Allow time as the deep dish pizza takes 45 minutes to bake.

Took some friends from out of town here so they could taste the famous chicago deep pan pizza. We were disappointed. The two pizzas we had both slipped and didn't stay in place so were either under cooked or something else but it wasn't the way it was supposed to be. After waiting the normal 45 minutes we weren't about...

I am picky when it come to pizza, and theirs is really good. They have other things on the menu too, but why would anyone not order either a thin or thick crust pizza, as it is their signature dish?!
Our server was great, friendly and kept us filled up on drinks during our wait for the deep dish pizza. The atmosphere was a lot of fun. The pizza was decent; it was a good place for us tourists to try out the deep dish pizza. I'm not a fan of a lot of sauce on pizzas, but the sauce...

These pizzas are fantastic and a small one is filling for 2. Be prepared for a queue, it's worth it though as Gino's redefines deep pan! It can take time to get your order as they take so long to cook. Well worth a visit!
It was my first time at Gino's and I was sure glad I waited for that pie! Yum! Not dry. Not soggy. It was perfection! A Chicago must.
This restaurant was really cool! The waitress was really nice, and the restaurant has this cool decor of black walls and dark colors with graffiti in white and pen all over. After a long day of being in a training class, I ambled over to Gino's for a long-awaited treat. Apparently it wasn't prime time, as I was sat in a completely empty section of the restaurant, and it took almost five minutes for the waitress to even find me. I was all prepped, my friends had told me to order...

Great Deep Dish Pizza. Go early or expect to wait in line. Beaware that it takes almost an hour to make the pizza but it was worth the wait.
We can't go to Chicago without visiting Gino's East. I'm sure that there are other great Chicago pizza places in town, and maybe one day I'll be there long enough to try some others and compare them, but Gino's always satisfies. Their small two person deep dish can really fill you up. The line can be a bit long, but...
