Will get a bunch of friends together from work and go to Gino's for dinner. Those that like craft beers like to go there because they have some good beers. Those of us that are food junkies like to go there to sample the different pizzas. Yeah appetizers are good too especially the soft pretzels. Even when it's crowded the... More

Ginos is the real deal. The pie was amazing and just what we wanted. The staff and service was similarly excellent

Restaurant had a great vibe when you entered. People very friendly and accommodating. But we came for the pizza. Wow! Ordered the medium supreme with sliced sausage and pepperoni. Delicious. The crust alone is worth eating - not heavy, like deep dish can be. Flaky, flavorful crust. The pie's ingredients melded together - cheese meat, veges - you can taste... More

In Chicago for work and several years ago ate at Gino's so I decided to go back. I remembered we had a great meal and it has not changed. Atmosphere is electric and service was great. We got seated right away and had a great view to watch the Soxs game on TV. We ordered Asian wings and nachos for... More

We ordered the spicy Chicago style pizza. So good! My first time having a Chicago style pizza. The crust was like chicken pot pie crust - buttery and flaky. They have a good system of seating people. We first started out outside, moved inside and sat on the bench then to our seats. Pizza takes 45 minutes or so. That... More

Truth be told.... I never met a Chicago style pizza that i didn't like but the "Chicago Fire" pizza that i had at Gino's East on LaSalle was hands down the tastiest, most flavourful, and spiceyest (the name should have tipped me off) pizza i have ever eaten. The menu describes the "Chicago Fire" as havingHot & Spicy Patty-Style Sausage,... More

I have eaten at this place multiple times and it always is very good. Obviously the deep dish is what you have to get. . They also make a very good Italian meat sandwich. We tried the fries with the truffle mayonnaise sauce the other day and they were absolutely incredible. Our server at the bar was very nice &... More

I've tried just about every deep dish pizza out there, and hands down, Gino's East has the best full sausage patty deep dish pizza. Their mozzarella sticks are pretty tasty too. Enjoy!
