Good hotel food

The place was reasonably busy on a Saturday night. Service was friendly and timely. Limited menu and wine list but the have a full service sushi bar next door that you can order from. I would not eat here if I was not staying at the hotel but is worth a visit if you are at the Fairmont.

Ate lunch...had a burger and she had a steak salad. Both were very good, but the burger seemed to hold up the meal.

We Ordered the California roll and the fish tacos and both were bland. Wanted a quick bite to take up to our room after a long day and this was just so so.

Menu selection has been much improved over what we experienced a few years back. Choices will accommodate most every palette.Staff is knowledgeable...friendly.Food is a delight to the taste buds. Seasonal choices so menu varies which is great for return visits..

So overpriced for the type/quality of food. What once was a 5 Star restaurant is now a 3 Star but has not accepted the decline or done anything about it. The staff were very friendly but service was on the slower side. Decor was modern and clean. And the Aria bar is infant friendly! - Ate breakfast there every morning... More

To me it feels like Aria is a 3 star restaurant pretending to be 5 star. Sure the decor is nice, but the food does not meet expectations. Especially not when you factor in the price you are paying for it. We ate supper at Aria twice. Best priced thing for the taste and value of the food was sushi... More

$40 breakfast but absolutely worth it! They also have an adjacent sushi bar which looked amazing. We never got to try it. We would definitely come back.

To be clear this is a review of the sushi bar. It looks both appealing and good but this is one of the few places I left a zero tip. From start to finish. We stat down at the sushi bar, only to be told that a waitress had to sit us down. Then we waited 5-10 mins for a... More

I'm ok when you arrive 30 Mins before the reservation for a 6, Pax Group Dinner the Host has not yet prepared the table, but there was more: - Waiter had no idea of the wine list and did not have more then 2 bottles each - Sparkling water was not chilled - After 1 hours wait the starters (salad,... Service was attentive but not intrusive. Our meals were delicious and it was so convenient those of us staying at the Fairmont Chicago Millenium Hotel.
