I stayed for several days at the Fairmont Millennium, and I have to say the breakfast buffet here is absolutely amazing. Pastries, lox, fruit, yogurt, eggs, breakfast meats–everything was very good, and I really appreciated the variety. The only downside I would mention was that the service was haphazard and I felt forgotten several times. This was possibly because the... More

Just arrived from airpot to Fairmont Hotel and raining with no place to go. It was a late Monday dinner around 9pm. Only 4 tables filled and my chicken breast dinner (braised? Cannot remember the dish name) arrived after 30 min. The top part was crusted, golden brown and salty but okay...the edges are white and juicy. Near the mid... More

The sushi was delicious, if not authentic. Cocktails were $14 each. Seafood was cooked perfectly and tasty and try the Mac 'n Cheese. Delicious. Also, nicely decorated and a fun place to hang out at (if you can swallow $14 cocktails)

I've been at the restaurant once and at the bar and hands down the bar is much better, that is if you want to eat sushi. Though you can certainly get the bar sushi in the restaurant as well, it just "feels" better to sit at the bar/lounge and eat the sushi. And what a sushi you get here! Wow,... More

Even though we just worked out, we were still welcome at the lounge to grab some delicious sushi! The service was great and we were very comfortable with the atmosphere. We can't wait to back and try more of the delicious food!

After a stressful day with the family, I decided to have a drink at the bar at Aria. 3 of the drinks I ordered they could not serve because they did not have the ingredients! I ordered an Apricot Pisco Sour and had to return it. Then I figured I would play it safe and order a Cosmo, that was... More

We enjoyed our lunch here. Chicken tandoori salad and salmon nicoise. Our very nice waitress told us they had just introduced a new menu and it looked very good--lots of choices. Service was excellent-everyone was friendly.

Never in my life I have ever had such an awful experience. We arrived for lunch at noon on Friday (May 2, 2014). We were told the restaurant was full but the same menu was available in the bar. The eight (8) of us were seated at a long table, two across, very narrow, a distance of approx 10 feet... More

Terrible service, server was busy stocking and discussing wine with delivery person. Several menu items unavailable. Food average given the price.

I reluctantly made a reservation here for my family's Easter brunch. It was a few days before Easter when I called for reservation because the other places I preferred were fully booked. I asked for 11:30am but they were fully booked until afternoon. The lady in reservation was gracious enough to fit us in at 11:45am. The place was not... More
