Part of a chain, but an upscale one. No one in my group likes Stone Crab claws so we can't give a review. We did have different entrees to include fish and steak and all were delicious and well prepared. We had a very knowledgeable and professionally friendly waitress and she checked back with us at appropriate times. Desserts are... More

Well, La Scarola was booked. And I'm glad it was. What a pleasant surprise. Welcomed as soon as we came in, table was ready at exactly 8:30. The waitstaff here is totally professional and on point. Various dishes between all of us. My NY strip was fabulous. Perfectly cooked. Swordfish steak was perfect as were the other 3 filets. Mashed... More

We love Joe's seafood and the atmosphere of the restaurant but above all we love the food. Try the crab legs and you'll know what I am talking about. No restaurant compares to Joe's Seafood quality!!!

Went to Joes with s group of work colleagues. The place was buzzing and packed full but we were seated quickly and treated like royalty. Service was excellent and the food was amazing. If you visit Chicago you must visit Joes

New Years Eve at Joes was a outstanding experience. Food service and ambiance of this place is up there with the best without being pretentious. My family claimed the bone in filet mignon was the best they ever had, my sea bass was also excellent. Awesome wine list. Best key lime pie outside of Florida which is at Joes in... More

Simply put, Joe's is a great restaurant in every way. From the minute you walk in until the minute you leave, you know Joe's is a special place. There is usually a wait, even with a reservation. The service is impeccable just as the food. We ordered oysters, clam chowder, crab cakes and King Crab legs. The chowder was disappointing... More

We love Joe's, and we will come back. But for the 1st time in our many visits here, this last one was clearly an off-night for them all the way around. We waited 45 minutes despite being on time for our reservation. Turns out they "lost us" after we checked in. After finally seating us, they offered us free appetizers... More

You just cannot go wrong here; as a result, it's hard to get in. Every dish I've had has been great. The last time I went, my friend and I were intending to share two entrees, and the server advised that they be split and served separately as courses- a lovely way to do it, and it also left us... On my first night in Chicago, and this restaurant is right next to our hotel, we tried to walk-in for dinner. That was a quick mistake we learned, as it was booked solid. We made a reservation later in the trip as we hear allot of great things about Joe's. It is certainly a quality restaurant that i would recommend... More

One of my favorite places! I have never been disappointed at Joe's. I went there as a solo woman for lunch. A very comfortable place to be a lone diner. l was treated wonderfully by the staff. Food is always excellent but now they are serving oysters. The malpaque oysters were the best I've ever had.Its hard to get a... More
