I have no doubt that this may be one of the best pizza restaurants in Chicago, however as an international traveller, this was average at best if I was to be kind. To think I waited 45min to eat what only has a passing resemblance to an Italian pizza. But then this is a Chicago pizza not an Italian pizza... More

My wife and I visited Chicago this past week and wanted to try authentic deep dish pizza while in town. This was the best pizza we have ever had. It was all very fresh and so delicious. They are very busy so I go suggest getting there early and not during peak dining times. Don't order based on how hungry... More

They have lunch menu that allow single people to try their deep dish pizza. Only have 3 selections but it is worth try if you haven't have deep pizza before.

On a business trip. Co-workers wanted to go here. I was sick of pizza so ordered the penne carbonara. My mistake for not ordering what they are known for, pizza. The pasta was over cooked. The sauce was not carbonara. At least not what traditional, good Italian restaurants would serve. The taste was fine, but when you expect carbonara and... More

Ended up hear based on recommendations from multiple people. Thirty minute wait on a Monday night, but they are professionals and have you order your pizza once you put your name in so that you're not waiting a second time. Very up with technology as well as they call you when you're table is ready so that you can continue... More

Expect a wait. My advice is avoid this location if you don't want to pay $15+ for parking, otherwise it's a great experience. Get your reservation and order in, and talk a walk around the block while you wait. Definitely not easy on the wallet, but your taste buds thank you!

We drove by this place on our way in to town at night and the line was out the door. We decided the next day to go for lunch. The waitress was very helpful and informed us to settle in because the deep dish takes an hour to prepare. We settled in for a cup of coffee. Finished that and... More

My wife and I were visiting Chicago last weekend and wanted to try some Chicaog style pizza. We found Giordanos on Trip Advisor. We had a dleep dish, stuffed crust pizza , salads and drinks. The menu warned us to allow 45 minutes for a deep dish pizza and it took almost that long. The crust was more of a... More

We did enjoy the food, although not as good as before. I learned the establishment had been sold by the family and has become more of a chain type. The service was great but ingredients not as good as remembered.

A must do when in Chicago. Giordano's knows how to make pizza and they know how to minimize your wait time. You order your pizza upon arrival and your hot pie is delivered to the table in 10-15 minutes. My husband rated this pizza as the best in Chicago - he LOVES pizza! I on the other hand cannot eat...
