Overall, loved it

There is of course a wait. All decent restaraunts in a big city have a wait. We showed up around 1PM on a Thursday and we were told it would be 45 minutes. You can place your order, especially for the deep dish pizzas, so it will be ready for you when you are seated. We ordered, snuck some seats... read more

We come to Giordanno's every time we visit Chicago. We have eaten at several of the renowned Chicago pizza places but like this the best. Try the bruschetta appetizer if you go. It is superb. Wait times can be long but it is so worth it

Famous for their deep dish pizza I was excited to try it. A busy place, it's full of people having fun and smiling. The staff were friendly and helpful and we indulged in the Calamari, Chicago Salad and their recommended deep dish pizza. The deep dish pizza takes 45 minutes to cook so the appetizers were great to hold off... More

So we decided that our first place to eat in Chicago would be Giordanos pizza. Little did we know it was a 2 hour wait. We decided to take the pizza to go. It was pretty good but not good enough for the full five stars. By far NY owns the pizza crown. If you do decide to eat here,... More

On a road trip with my daughter who had never been to Chicago we stayed next door at the Peninsula and were starving when we arrived. We stopped in at Giordanos and, while typically not a pizza eating family, loved the deep dish, stuffed pizzas. Would recommend.

We planned just a quick one night trip to Chicago and I definitely wanted to try stuffed/deep dish pizza. I had done some research and from the reviews this sounded great! It was also a short walk from our hotel. When we arrived the front door area is soo packed if you've never been it's hard to figure out what... More

This was my first trip to Giordano's and we tried a thin crust Chicago Classic and a stuffed crust Pepperoni. Each pizza was amazing and was among the best I have ever tried. In addition we tried the chopped salad which was very good but not an essential part of the experience. I was struck however by the generous portion... More

This place, the food, the environment and the service was absolutely great. It started off with 4 of us, but we ended with 8 of us. We needed them to come in and finish off all the pizza that we had left over. The food here was great. There was more than enough for us all. The pizza was very... More

Way too much pizza for two of us, but interesting, have not had it before. Can't be good to eat that much everyday. But try deep dish.

I went there with my girlfriend. We shared a small traditional pizza. Half with cheese half with spinach. I liked it quite a lot, my girlfriend did not so much. They inform you about the waiting time of approximately 45min directly when you order. Se did not finish the small pizza together. The staff was really friendly and the interior... More
