Aside for the one hour wait to get a table (which was not too dreadful since I got a couple of drinks with my coworker by the bar), what a delight! I realized why the Chicago deep dish is such a popular style.. we got the Stuffed Chicago Classic and it was great! Much better than the deep dish that... More

First time in Chicago so I had to try their deep dish pizza, Chicago style, or as my brother says, "their casserole". You have to get in a huge line to pre-order. After you order you just wait for them to call you. Once they call you, you get seated and it's another 30 minutes for your pizza. Long lines,... More

Decent food but kind of pricey for a pizza dinner. Salad was just OK. Atmosphere was very noisy and our server did not return to refill drinks

I had lived in Chicago back in the early 90s and always loved the deep dish spinach pizza and it did not disappoint! The line was long and the wait was over an hour. We didn't know that take out would be just as long or we would have put our names in for a table. We were able to... More

When you go - make sure you preorder your pizza after you put in your name. We waited an hour for a table and then another 45 minutes for the pizza, even though we preordered it. They were so busy!!!! It's so good. The best Chicago-style pizza! YUM!

Yes you wait, but server told us when ordering it would be an hour. Offered appetizer but wife and I decided to just pig out on pizza. Neat decor, but nothing spectacular. The pizza is the best I've ever eaten. My wife and I got a small to share. We couldn't eat all of it. Server is around appropriately and... More

I honestly wish I could say Giordano's was better! The location is great and the atmosphere is really top notch. The hour plus wait for seating was even acceptable as it was the night of July 4th. The previous night my wife and I had visited Lou Malnati's for an amazing deep dish experience so we thought we'd try one... More

Giordano's, like Uno, has gone very corporate. If you're in town looking to complete your Chicago bucket list then this location is worthwhile. Like the other big chain deepdish pizza places(Uno, Gino's and Lou Malnati's) you'll wait at least an hour before you sit. Plenty of seating here while you wait and a bar staff that will actually get you... More

Echoing some other reviewers, service at this place is hit or miss. Not crazy about the pizza, but it a must for Chicago w/ visiting friends or relative. Today, we pre-ordered the pizza, waited 45 min for a table, and another 45 min for the pre-ordered pizza to come out (so what was the point of pre-ordering?)
