We dined here honestly because we had checked out of the Four Seasons but needed to kill sometime before we left for the airport and it was the easiest dinner option I could think of. What I didn't realize was how good it would be. The food was delicious! Service was slow though so we had to rush through the... More

Allium, an American Restaurant and Bar in the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago had a very cozy and chic atmosphere. My son, daughter-in-law and I went on the 4th of July and the experienced a most enjoyable meal. I had the pork chop and it was cooked to perfection. The flavor was unbelievable and it was very tender. All the portions... More

Allium does not appear to get the publicity it deserves, but then perhaps it too is going for understated quiet. The restaurant is hip in decor and yet quiet enough that even a larger party can hear one another at the table (rare!). The food is excellent and extremely reasonable in price for dinner - we found breakfasts to be... More

This lovely little bar at the Four Seasons Hotel has a new look and is a little less elegant than in previous years, but it is still a great place for cocktails. The choice of photographs in place of the old paintings is a little jarring.

Allium has always been a great meeting spot for shaking hands and signing three copies, but this time I went to just relax and watch my husband eat a haute-dog. I am not a meat eater but I believe my husband teared up a bit after they brought him out the largest hot dogs I have ever seen with champagne.... More

Visited Allium in May when in town for conference. Not easy to find as it is hiding in the back of the 6th floor lobby of the Four Seasons Hotel (no walking by...). Our waitress was wonderful, knowledgable, curteous and fun. Food was delicious and for a Dallasite very reasonably priced and sized. The summer squash soup was silky, light... More

I had dinner there during a convention and the atmosphere and food are excellent. This is not your typical Four Seasons restaurant, the design is daring as is the food. All the meals had a nice different touch and we all thoroughly enjoyed the well made and interesting food.

Delicious! You have to try the duck hash it was mouth watering. Oh and the Chicago Scramble is ridiculously delicious. As usual service and ambiance is always a 10 at the Four Season.

My fiancé and I ate breakfast here the day after our valentines dinner and it was delicious! I devoured everything on my plate. My fiancé ordered the steak and eggs which came with a truffle bearnaise sauce(ah-mazing). And I ordered the duck confit hash with a duck egg on top, which came with a tangerine hollandaise I believe. Sooo delish.... More

Dining at Allium topped off our last weekend in town! Great service as expected. The staff is always one step ahead. The cocktails we had at the start were amazing, everything on the menu is divine and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We would highly recommend eating here.
