I love coffee and the store is beautiful and they have so many menu items and so many bakery items. I couldn't make a decision on what to eat. But the lack of organization in their coffee order taking system was ridiculous. People were waiting 10 minutes. Insane!

The coffee served here is European and is very different from a Starbucks experience. This coffee is best enjoyed by experienced travelers and foodies. .

Six of us visited this place and were really dissapointed. Staff was RUDE. They had no decaf and insisted the only way to get it was to order an Americano.....at full price. Then to top things off, shortly after we got our drinks they tossed us out since they decided to close at 4PM. We said they should let us... More

Had one of the best latte's I have ever had here. Coffee was not bitter at all, they followed my custom order without having to repeat instructions. Way better than star bucks.

Loved the gelato, the iced coffee, and chance to sit outside and watch the world go by. Lots of Italians and french alike so you know its good. Some of the smoothest coffee is Lavazza. Sat for an hour with friends, chatted and people watched, great fun.

Friend told me about this place and decided to check it out with one of my other friends. It was a pretty cool experience. The coffee is pretty good, but where this place shines is the atmosphere and view. Really unique place and super cool. Worth the trip.

Neighborhood Profile
Magnificent Mile
Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale. Some of the city’s most iconic buildings like the Wrigley Building, John Hancock Center and other architectural marvels define the magnificence of this neighborhood.
