Loved the gelato, the iced coffee, and chance to sit outside and watch the world go by. Lots of Italians and french alike so you know its good. Some of the smoothest coffee is Lavazza. Sat for an hour with friends, chatted and people watched, great fun.

Friend told me about this place and decided to check it out with one of my other friends. It was a pretty cool experience. The coffee is pretty good, but where this place shines is the atmosphere and view. Really unique place and super cool. Worth the trip.

We always like to stop here while visiting Chicago. It's in the trendiest Chicago neighborhood on the Magnificent Mile and is a great place to have a coffee or excellent hot chocolate on the cold Chicago day and the not-too-sweet muffins. It's reliable and comfortable.

Great coffee with an even better view - from the 94th floor of the John Hancock Observatory! Choose a day and time when the number of visitors is likely to be low, and sit in the cafe simply soaking up the fabulous views of Chicago way below you!

If you expect great Italian pastries, be sure you visit the day they bring them in fresh. Apparently that was not my lucky day. They were all one day old! But I got a refund to soothe my disappointment. Being from Turin, Italy, the home of Lavazza, I was expecting an Italian tradition. The baristas were very courteous and apologetic,... More

The atmosphere: The food: we did not have any food but I think they are trying to go for an artisan modern flair for the food menu. We tried the coffees and hot chocolate for this firt and last time. The coffees are rated very high with " it's like eating coffee clouds" but we did not experience that. it... More

A+ baristas! All coffee drinks i had were very good. Great service, from nice friendly people. Comfortable surroundings. The baked goods are nice, too.

Amazing lattés, great sandwiches, fresh pastries. The interior seating is not abundant (and the actual upholstery could use some serious cleaning), but this is otherwise a good option for a quick bite on the go.
