This is a well appointed hotel that is a great place to stay either while away on business or being away with your family. Rooms are cool, lobby nice, and the bar has a great vibe. always stay here and always will...

It is a nice hotel and modern, the rooms have good space and are functional, I rested very well. The bar in the lobby is very good. Both with a great service.

Breakfast was nice and the staff were excellent. The lunch was also very good, but we ate out at other restaurants for dinner.

We enjoyed the variety of choices on the breakfast menu. They were unique and delicious. Everything was tasty from the egg white, goat cheese omelette to the green apple, bacon, blue cheese quiche to the pastrami Eggs Benedict. Pastries were offered immediately, and there was French press coffee on the table when we sat down. Service, although the staff was... More

So disappointed... We use to go there for their wonderful brunch, very parisian, tasty, affordable. We went for Easter on Sunday, Brunch $69 per person, no choice. First, it was not a brunch but a lunch menu and second, quality was so poor. The meal did not have any specific taste, for $70, we can hope for quality and be... More

Perfect style. The atmosphere is elegant, but relaxed. A great view on the street can be enjoyed through the large windows. Not formal at all, but friendly. Maybe the menu is not wide, but it offers some interesting proposal. Also the wine list is adequate and the service attentive.

Stopped here at Le Bar on a Sunday afternoon after shopping. Lobby is trendy and smells great. The bar was a relaxing place - kind of dark and moody on an overcast afternoon. There's a fireplace, which feels cozy on a cool day. Not very busy at 6:00 PM which was great for us. Great windows to look out on... More

Dear server, After biking through the city we were hungry and decided to have lunch on the terrace of the sofitel. We were not easy and had a lot of questions, annoying questions as; How is this dish? What would you recommend? But you dealt with it very well and gave it a personal touch. You took excellent care of... More

It was our 1st time to stay in Chicago. The location was excellent, near good restaurants and Michigan Ave. Rooms were comfortable, clean, well lighted. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi was available throughout the hotel. The breakfast on our 1st morning was expensive and not good. The breakfast steak was poor quality meat + overdone. We decided... More
