I had previously gone to Bridge House Tavern a number of times for lunch and was very pleased. The service and food were on par with the prices (and the portion sizes were quite large). Brunch, though, was quite a disappointment. The service was average, at best. The food portion was far too small for a brunch, especially with the... More

I love the location but thought it was a little expensive and I do not mind paying for a good meal. I think we were paying for the view of the river. The food was good, just a little overpriced.

This restaurant was a little gem! The view is amazing, ambience incredible, and service and food outstanding. This place was such a nice diversion from the big, crowded restaurants that are all over Chicago . While we were taking our time, having everything from pre-dinner drinks to desserts other tables had come and gone quite quickly. It gave me the... More

We were there on a perfect fall evening. The restaurant was completely full and we had a long wait for a table. The staff kept checking on us throughout our wait, which we appreciated. This restaurant is right on the river with beautiful views. The food was excellent and very worth the wait.

A great dining experience with a gorgeous river view. The food and service were good. The duck tacos were perfectly cooked and well flavored. Perfect for spending quality time along the river.

Two of us had lunch yesterday. We ate indoors, but being able to eat outside is a nice option on a good-weather day. Food was good, but not anything to write home about. Price was not out of line for what we got (tuna salad and chicken sandwich), but not out of line. The only thing that disappointed me was... More

Great ambience...it was a nice comfortable evening and we enjoyed drinks and dinner on the patio alongside the river. Food was good, service was fine. Nice and relaxing watching the boats go by, the city slow down and the evening lights come alive.

The position by the river was great. It's a casual place where you can enjoy a drink and have a view by the river but the food is nothing to write home about. I ate at another establishment on the river and it was worse than this one so one might expect that the river eatery may be more for... More
