No complaints really. The food (bar pizza, some chicken and BBQ thing) was very good and the beer was decent. It was an easy place to meet friends after work when i was visiting Chicago on Business. Didn't feel like we had to make any excuses to meet there. Everyone was able to get what they wanted and we were... More

When in Chicago, I was really looking for some craft brew and pub food, so we went to the Haymarket. It was more of an upscale restaurant than I was looking for, expensive plates. Beer was ok, food was good, atmosphere was brewpubery.

A brew pub, generally noisy ... a fair selection of beers but none that really stand out. Food isn't that outstanding either ... you go to have some beer, grab some food and talk ... free transport to Blackhawk hockey games with free beer on board.

We spent the early part of our football Sunday here. It was great beer and very good humus dish. Brats and pretzels good too. Great spot to watch some NFL football too all games on at noon much classier than a sports bar and relatively family friendly.

This was my second, or was it the third or fourth time coming here. Nothing like fresh beer from a good Brewer. The selections can accommodate every taste, and for me, most importantly, the high gravity beers are always available. Did not eat here this time but from previous visits I recall the food surpassing traditional brewpub fair.

We came on a Saturday night for a couple drinks. The front (restaurant) was packed, but the bar in back had plenty of room. I was impressed with the quality of the beer. They offer 4 oz servings to facilitate tasting multiple brews. We didn't order any food, so I can't speak to that. But the service and the beer... More

It was an alright place. For some odd reason it took our waiter awhile to take our food order, but he was quick at getting our drinks. Food was good.

This is a beer lovers haven. More beers than you can consume are on the menu here. Had the 4 oz tasting sample of several and a mini riot pizza. Others had sausage samplers which looked good. Noisy bar scene if that is your thing. Nice place to go in the neighborhood. Food at other tables looked good.

I met with a friend from Chicago here, it came recommended and I wasn't disappointed. We had a good pizza, with some of the beers off the extensive menu. The only downside is that the staff weren't very attentive, when compared with other places in the area.
