This restaurant is conveniently located in the JW Marriot Hotel in Chicago. The atmosphere was inviting and the food was really good. Our service was excellent during the lunch rush.

With a somewhat average luncheon menu that covers the basics and is well prepared, the place is a stalwart for the many of us who work in the area and need predictable fare for unpredictable business luncheons. The fake library-style decor and the somewhat challenging acoustics are a distraction.

Very nice restaurant! I usually stay away from the hotel restaurants, but Florentine is an exception. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. I had the sea bass, they showed me the whole fish and de-boned for me. It was the freshest! I enjoyed their bread as well. Overall excellent meal, price reasonable for this high... More

We reached 30 minutes earlier at 1130am. Surprised to see a few tables already occupied The service was impeccable- courteous and non-intrusive while helpful at all times The food itself was above average and the portions were huge And by the time we left at 1230the place was packed to the gills. Looks a popular lunch destination and it deserves... More

A delightful experience! The food was average but the service and attention from the staff more than made up for the food. I would dine there at any returns to... More

Our only experience was with breakfast, for which they have a varied menu with lots of great choices. The cost can be considered pricey, but then again, so is the hotel (JW Marriott) in which it is located. So what else would you expect. If we get a chance to stay in the JW Marriott again we will definitely plan... More
