Great burgers!

We stopped here for dinner on a very cold night as it was directly across the street from our hotel, The Hard Rock, and we did not feel like walking very far. We were glad that we stopped here as they have many different tvs with pretty much any sport that you would want to watch. The food was... read more

Chris our waiter was outstanding. He did not rush us through the email. They have 50+ craft beers to choose from with a dozen or so on tap. Food ranges from apps, the entre salads, sandwiches & burgers to full course meals. We started with Buffalo Rolls which were cooked to perfection and were the appropriate sized appetizer. My girlfriend... More

While visiting Chicago with friends, we stopped in for lunch at Sweetwaters, conveniently located in downtown Chicago on Millenium Mile. Although the restaurant is set up like a sports bar, the booths are huge and the menu varied. Lots of great appetizer, soup/salad, sandwich and burger, as well as entree selections and very many beers and cocktails to choose from.... More

Stopped in at Sweetwater waiting to go on a Chicago Finest Tour (see other rating... GREAT!!) Anyway, the food was delicious, and the drinks were equally so. Will stop by anytime we are in the neighborhood.

I came here with friends to watch an NFL game on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't very crowded, and the waiter was very nice about letting us order slowly, take our time and watch the game. The prices were very fair, the staff was nice and the food was good; great place to watch a game if you're not feeling... More

They have many large TVs and an extensive beer menu with both local, national, and international brews. Food was good as was service but it wasn't anything above and beyond warranting a 5 star review.

We absolutely loved the Sweetwater Tavern, what an amazing place! Brilliant, welcoming, cosy space with nice décor, lovely comfy booths, great atmosphere and enough TV’s to shake-a-stick at, all showing different American sports. Fantastic, friendly, quick service. Very wide selection of delicious local and craft beers. Good selection, yummy and very prompt food (especially the fried shrimp). Would absolutely recommend... More

If I could give negative stars .... How a Chicago Sports bar can refuse to put on the Chicago Blackhawks can never, ever be rationally explained! Especially when reservations were made to come there and watch the Blackhawks game! We left after appetizers, picked up a sixer and hauled it back to the hotel room to watch the game! This... More

Hi Jeff. When you were here, the Hawks had not yet started, and there were football fans who had been there for hours watching the end of their game. We offered to move you and your party to another table where we could put a TV on the Blackhawks early for you, but I'm sorry you were not interested in... More

Screens make the atmosphere more sports bar than upscale diner. Brunch is standard, nothing overly creative, the breakfast potatoes are very thinly sliced, a bit dry, get cold easily. Hollandaise a little bland. People are very nice, service attentive. Centrally-located.

The food was OK. Portions were not small to me, but I'm Spanish and in fact I appreciate moderate portions than I can finish. Service was just right, borderline mediocre. Music was too laud.
