Sable wowed us again! It had been a while since our last visit, and we were looking forward to their updated menu. It did not disappoint. Chef Heather Terhune is a fantastic artist of a chef. Our waiter, Roger, was awesome. I would go so far to say he was the best waiter we've ever had. We played "the game"... More

We noted the sound level the moment we walked and requested a quiet table. We were told to wait while one was located. The bottom line is, there are no quiet tables! The service was pleasant and prompt. The menu interesting but not outstanding. We had the sausage pizza which was quite tasty. But we hastened our meal as it... More

Hello and thank you for your honest feedback. While I'm happy that you enjoyed your meal, I do apologize for the noise level being disruptive. Please email me the next time you would like to join us and I'll make you a reservation in our semi-private dining area, which is typically the most quiet. Thanks again and happy holidays! Josh... I love the social plates and fresh ingredients mantra at Sable. The Burrata, Corn Creme Brulee and Wisconsin Cheese Curds are fantastic!

My husband & I stopped here after a long shopping day. Their craft cocktails were superb. For snacks we had the Deviled eggs with truffle oil & their house made beef jerky. So a little Bourbon & a lot of protein😉. I recommend this place if you like craft cocktails & small shareable plates.

My husband and I enjoyed a romantic dinner. Food was good. Service was nice. We were not disappointed but our socks were not knocked off. Some dishes were better than others. The flatbread we had was amazing whereas the chicken thighs while good, I could have made at home. All in all a good experience.

We stay in the hotel Palomar and this bar is downstairs. Have a table and they took our chairs out. We have to stand up to consume. Doesn't have any beer we want, female waiters so gross. DONT RECOMMEND IT
