Sable was our first stop in an evening that included stops at a half dozen of the city's best hot spots and it was an AMAZING way to start an epic evening. I was in with my wife and her sister and looking for a new cocktail... he listened to each of our likes and dislikes, then recommended a unique... More

We had: Deviled Eggs/ Truffle Oil ... Very nice take on simple staple. Root Beer Sliders ... Tender, mild but tasty. Pork Belly Sliders ... Mind blowing. Seriously, pork belly with hoisin glaze and delicate/crisp kim chi and touch of sracha. My wife, who is not into spicy, called it the best dish of the trip so far. Unpretentious knockout.... More

My husband and my cousin and her boyfriend dined at Sable on a Saturday night. I chose the restaurant based on location and reviews. I was not disappointed. I love small plates to share as it allows you to try more. We had a reservation for 8:30 and were promptly seated. It is inside the Hotel Palomar but there is... More

Just stopped in to have a drink. They have a great selection of beer/cider and they seemed to be big into "mixology" which I am not a huge fan of. The bartenders were very nice and accommodating and the decor and atmosphere is fantastic.

From our recent trip to Chicago, this was easily the best meal we had. The small entree size is genius as it lets you explore the menu more thoroughly as opposed to being stuck with one meal decision. Every single thing we had was amazing. I can't even pick favourite! The beer/cocktail menu length is enough to make your head... More

Innovative cocktails, nicely made. We stop in here for a drink nearly every time in town. We love the Bacon Jam, & the Sweet corn Creme Brûlée,

Love the small plate concept and the imaginative, delicious food that we enjoyed! Still thinking about that yummy bacon jam and brie that I enjoyed!

Went here for drinks and appetizers...the cheese board is delicious with a nice selection of gourmet cheese and nuts or sauces to compliment the flavor. My cosmo was delicious too! It is a bit noisy, which is to be expected in a trendy, happening bar!

The environment is very hip but a bit loud. The drink menu is fantastic-complicated cocktails and not the standard menu. The food is upscale bar food but done pretty well with nice twists.

Was very disappointed with the food overall. The monkey bread was really good. Both my husband's breakfast and mine were awful. There were 4 in my party and the waiter brought out 3 of the meals and then said mine was still 'cooking' for about 5 minutes longer than everyone else's (even though I ordered the same item as another...
