Outstanding, high-quality meal and service

The steaks here are outstanding and the sides are equally delicious. While we are not avid wine drinkers, the selection is vast and we found the house cabernet sauvignon to be excellent. The service was also first-rate.

My husband and I went to Benny's while I was in Chicago for a business trip. I would definitely recommend it, it is worth the money. The staff were attentive and the service was excellent. I had their salmon and my husband loved his filet. Their grilled cesar salad is simply amazing!

Benny's Chop House is one of the best steak houses I have ever been too. The service is excellent, and the waitstaff is very knowledgeable. You have your choice of many different cuts of meats from aged to prime. The menu has plenty of other options besides steaks, but this is a steak house and it is their specialty. My... More

Meticulous and friendly service makes you welcome here. We started with a local beer, of which there is a huge selection. While sipping it, we were explained the different cuts, and we both decided to go for the 16 oz dry-aged bone-on rib eye. Both the lobster bisque and the New York style clam chowder were very good and we... More

This restaurant is expensive so the food had better be good - and it was. My only small gripe is the tables are very close to each other and it's noisy so request a booth if you want a more intimate conversation! The raw oysters were some of the best I have had and the fried calamari were light and... More

This restaurant exceeded all my expectations. Everything was perfect. The appetizers...oh...my...god. We of course had to try the thick maple bacon as an appetizers, honestly best piece of bacon of my life. I just experienced the bacon flight at the Dawson and I thought that was the best..NOPE. Not compared to this, you must try it! We also ordered the... More

Ate dinner with my adult son and 3 of his friends on a Friday night. Everyone thought dinner was wonderful. We had 2 different surf and turf dinners, lamb chops and steaks. Meat and seafood all cooked and seasoned perfectly. Sides of Brussel sprouts, mushrooms and spinach equally good. The wine list is enormous but our waiter helped us choose... More

On our top list for one of the best meals of our trip. Huge place with a great bar area. We were part of a humongous group of people and the service was excellent, first class. Superb food. One of the best steaks I ever had.
