i know, many complain about Mortons being awful, but i like it, it looks like a steakhouse, smells like one, you get to see all the raw cuts (including a live lobster) before making a selection which is great for tourists who may not know the difference between a NY strip steak and a porterhouse. Very friendly service, hard to... More

The meat was delicious. The service was very attentive. I am not a big fan of the a la carte menu. For the price of a steak, a salad and a potato or veggie should be included. It was very expensive but fun for a one time visit or very special occasion.

While at Bluesfest, I wanted to take my wife to a great steakhouse as this was her first trip to Chicago, but it was tough because bluesfest was on and we were on site always. We went afterwards Saturday night, and it was a standard night there: first rate steak experience. My wife had some shrimp dish while I ordered... More

I found it expensive and ate elsewhere just as good and far cheaper. The service and decor is good, no problems, I just found it expensive for what it was.

It was awesome! The server was great and funny. The food was great! What more can you ask for? My spouse had the steak and I had the shrimp and salmon, I would definitely go back!

This is a great location near the river on the Loop side and very easy to get to. You can sit at the bar (choice) or at a table and look out the window. We were walking and chose to have a drink and an appetizer. Service was good and the appetizer was fantastic. It was a long bread stick... More

We love the Morton's chain; however tonight was not a good experience at this Morton's in Chicago on Wacker Drive. My wife and I attended a play and then wanted a late dinner. We called Mortons and were told that as long as we got into Morton's and order our food by 11 pm, we could enjoy our dinner. We... More

As usual, the quality of the meat and wines is outstanding. The side dishes and deserts were only average, ie soft french fries or very salty spinach. Generally, I see a steady decline in quality, having now since some years no presentation of the meat to guests, no fresh bread to share or sides and deserts presented like in any... More

Last week while in Chicago on business, I strolled down to the Morton's on Wacker for a late dinner in the bar. Morton's are always known for the great dark wood decors and the inviting lightning that screams intimate. I had a seat at a cocktail table for a perfect view of the NBA Playoffs. Bartenders quickly visited the table... More

Great restaurant with beautiful food and lovely atmosphere but you do have to pay a premium for this.
