Nice ambiance and food

The service was superior and the setting...The steak was very good, but not for the price we paid...I felt the meat was equal to the quality of the filet's we buy at Costco for 1/2 the price...It was a good experience but probably wouldn't return for the price..

My coworkers and I dined here for a late lunch/early supper about 2:30 PM. We had most of the restaurant to ourselves. Our waiter was very kind and attentive, and the meal was one of the best we enjoyed while in Chicago. I recommend this to anyone looking for a fine dining experience.

I ordered the prime ribeye and my wife ordered the salmon. The restaurant was nicely decorated and the staff was helpful. My steak was just ok. It was average. I think Ruth Chris is better. The steak in Mississippi where my mother lived is better. The bread was excellent however. Don't know if it was just a bad day.

Although Morton's is known for their delicious steaks, they offer fish, chops, etc. We've been going here for years. Their house salad is very good too.

We had eaten at Morton's in another city, and the one in Chicago didn't disappoint. Our steaks were delicious, as was the rest of the meal. If you truly want a good steak, Morton's if the place.

Morton's Steakhouse is a must for me in the US and whenever visiting I make a point to visit the closest branch. First time in Chicago I had here lunch. I went directly to the "Chicago Style Prime Bone-In Ribeye" (med/rare) and it was perfect! The best steak that I have had in years! Second to none!

Been to Morton's in several cities and would like to go to the original one in Chicago. However ended up coming to the one in Wacker place (the original one in State street). Ambience was great here and it's crowded even on weekday which we had to wait for more than an hour without reservation for a table for four.... More

This restaurant is top class. We were looked after very well by ALL staff. The menu was read and explained to us, this really helped us out. The seating is spacious and very comfortable. The food was pricey, but well worth it. London prices for top nosh.

I've eaten in Mortons in NY, Washington and SF but this is the best yet. As well as great steaks - I mean really succulent and perfectly cooked - which followed a superb fruit de mare - and supperb Mount Veeder cabinet to help it down - to quote the Lego movie, everything is awesome, just how you want it...
