Description: If it seems like HUB 51 is a continual party, that's just what creators...
If it seems like HUB 51 is a continual party, that's just what creators R.J. and Jerrod Melman want. Their dad, Lettuce founder Rich Melman, always told them that the restaurant business should be fun, and, as Jerrod now interprets that advice, "We want to be as playful as possible, and have a good time with our customers and the people we work with." "Our goal for the menu was to create food we like to eat," says R.J. They loaded it up with sushi, tacos, sandwiches and burgers. Great salads and appetizers like the arugula Caesar and Pulled Chicken Nachos appeal to the bar crowd, while the filet mignon steak tacos and the charred sake salmon serve notice that HUB 51 is providing both a great time and wonderful food. With dozens of beers, wines and sakes, HUB 51 is all about what you like. SUB 51, a private lounge below the restaurant, becomes an exclusive nightclub on weekends, while space in the main restaurant is also available for private parties and semi-private events.

Great burger

We had the bunless burgers done perfectly medium-rare. The fries are hand-cut and seasoned nicely. We enjoyed a few beers with lunch and the price was about $50 for two.

We ate at Hub51 before seeing a concert at the House of Blues. The service and food were both excellent. We had the Tuna Poke as an appetizer--if incredibly delicious. My wife had the fish sandwich and I had the falafel burger. Both were superb. The ambiance was energetic. Do not miss this gem.

Great place to grab a bite to eat. They are most famous for their nachos - which were amazing. They were full of fixin's all the way down to the bottom. And they were freaking ENOURMOUS. Also got the French dip which was served on a toasted garlic bun with a side of fries that had an awesome BBQ flavor.... More

Stopped Into this fine establishment. We had amazing Tuna, Sushi, and this place has a nice bourbon selection. The building was spotless with a great atmosphere and a wonderful staff. We frequent many nice places to eat and this was above our expectations. The manager, Joaquin was nothing short of fantastic! He took care of all our needs. We will... More

I've been twice with friends and it's a reliable spot for good eats and drinks. I tried the fish tacos and they were very yummy. There's a more casual dining area as you enter the restaurant which is perfect for drinks and appetizers.

Had Sunday brunch at the bar here, breakfast was delicious and we had the bloody mary. SO good, as were the mimosas. Would eat and drink here again. Bartender that was working was friendly and chatty.

Had dinner here in early December and our party of 7 enjoyed a good evening. Service was good, the wine list was sufficiently broad to cater for all, and the food was tasty and served in good sized portions. We had a variety of starters of which the guacamole was memorable, and all the burgers received positive ratings as did... More

What is it with the staff at corporate restaurants? Do they pick them because they are that vapid, or do they become that way because of the training? I don't need you to ask me how my meal is every five minutes. Don't you have eyes? Don't you see me eating it? And I don't need my water glass filled... More

It was good...I had the pancakes & chicken sausage...my hub had French toast and brown sugar bacon! The bacon was better than the sausage, but still good. My one ask would be to include more syrup....it was definitely not enough!
