Visited Enoteco Roma on a Saturday night with a group of 6 adults. I had made reservations several weeks in advance to sit in their lovely outdoor garden/courtyard. After reviewing the menu, we all agreed to go with their $29.00 per person "Mangia, Mangia" family style dinner option and it was fabulous. For $29.00 per person, we ate like "kings"... More

The 6 of us had a great time relaxing in the back courtyard. Had trouble picking a flight of 5 bruschetta plate so we bought 2 flights. Each plate was excellent. All 6 dinners were delicious and well presented.

Come for the food stay for the courtyard. This restaurant is nothing short of fabulous. Of course we were lucky enough to enjoy a beautiful summer evening on the extensive backyard patio. Most memorable was the polenta and peach ravioli. An all around fun two hour experience. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SSAx8Sic1BE

My Hubby and I flew from San Francisco to visit friends in Chicago. Born and raised in SF, I “naturally assume” that only Italy has better restaurants. Never have I been so happy to be WRONG! The disarmingly short one block walk to the restaurant in no way prepared my pallet for it's culinary trip overseas. Our waitress quickly moved... More

If you feel like going a little out of your way, Roma is fantastic! They've got a great wine selection (with some great discounted ones on Monday nights) and their beer selection is pretty awesome, as well! Sean, our bartender is great at making drink recommendations, so don't hesitate to ask him. The menu is pretty simple, but the food... More

This small Italian bistro exceeded expectations in every respect. Service was excellent, food was amazing, and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely not hesitate to return. Our waiter, who was the manager, recommend an excellent bottle of wine. Standouts from the menu were the polenta, poured tableside on a marble slab, and the eggplant parmesan. We also loved the... This small restaurant serves authentic Italian food that is excellent. They also offer wine flights with interesting selections. The dessert is done by the bakery next door, into which seating may expand when there are too many guests to be accommodated in the restaurant. There is a nice patio for outdoor seating when the weather permits. Never a disappointing meal... More

We loved the interesting combinations on the menu; our selections were delicious and the presentation excellent. The best Bruschetta, and selection, I have ever enjoyed. Try any of the polenta dishes and you will not be disappointed. Great service.

On Sunday, Oct. 23, 201, my wife and I revisited Enoteca Roma and brought two couples who are friends of ours who were visiting Chicago. These couples are New Yorkers and are very discerning food critics. We started off at the bar where master mixologist Sean was taking care of business. As is customary, Sean asked about the types of... More
