While in Chicago stopped in the morning at Intelligentsia for coffee and a scone. The fruit scone was good. The coffee was good, but overpriced. I'm sorry but plain coffee no matter how it is mad is not worth $4.00.

I had an iced chia tea latte! Amazing. Small inside but there are places to sit. Staff was friendly. I would recommend it. Oh and the apple juice they carry is amazing as well.

As a visitor to the US, I am constantly disappointed by the lack of quality coffee and have to actively seek out the few locations that exist in each city. In Chicago, you CAN'T go past Intelligentsia Coffee. They know there stuff and it is not only great coffee, but it is an expression of their passion for this product... More

I stopped by this café to grab a V60 and a chocolate walnut cookie to go. My friend from Chicago recommended the V60, which I absolutely loved! Excellent coffee! The cookie was delicious, as well. I highly recommend their coffee!

Coffee that tastes like coffee, friendly service and fresh pastries. Couldn't ask more to start the day.

Really excellent coffee quality... and the hazelnut chocolate cookies are stunningly good! Also: the laid back music and atmosphere make for a very chilled out experience... 5 stars!

...... based on the one size, smallish, I would deem this the most expensive cup of coffee in America. To be honest the price of a cup does not scare me away but without going into detail naming names in such a review I have had better less expensive coffee in NYC and San Francisco over the last week.

We always stop here when we are in Chicago. Great location and friendly staff. Coffee quality is fantastic. It is nearby millennium park which is good for a walk to enjoy your beverage.

This central business district boasts Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of the most iconic landmarks in the city.
