Orgasmic CAKE in cupcake form - eaten fully clothed

We stumbled upon Mollys quite by chance and did not believe what we found. After all the place looked unremarkable with its awkward seating layout with kitchy decorations, brightly colored plastic tables, chairs on swings and aluminum frame doors. And yet here I ate the best cake I ever ate in my... read more

What a quaint, cute place! We learned about this business from one of the clerks at our hotel. We took the #22 bus from downtown to get to the store. The history behind it is what brought us here. Click on the link to read about the history. http://www.mollyscupcakes.com/ny/home.aspx My wife and I each ordered a cupcake, and both were... More

Molly's is so cute and the girls working the counter are friendly and nice. We got the strawberry shortcake and the chocolate mousse. Wow! Absolutely delicious. Just the right amount of everything: the right amount of sweetness, the right amount of filling, the right amount of frosting. It was tough to pick just one.

This was one of the dessert shops on my list while visiting Chicago. I'm really glad we stopped here! I got the chocolate chip cookie dough cupcake and didn't disappoint! The cake was fantastic and the cookie dough filling tasted like raw cookie dough. Very good!

I had the creme brûlée cupcake, and it was PERFECT. I'm a fool for not getting another cupcake to take home with me. And unfortunately I did not get a chance to go back. So many creative flavors and recipes. I've never seen such creativity. Glad to hear that they also have a shop in NYC, which is closer to... More

I'm not a huge fan of cupcakes but Molly's lives up to its hype. I like how it tastes homemade and it's not too sweet, so it's a good balance. Love the peanut butter cupcake, have yet to try the Cupcake Wars winner! I also love the swings and ambiance.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this shop.....absolutely....but they're overpriced. Yes, I know they're in Lincoln Park, but I've lived/grown up/worked in/owned businesses in the area and they're overpriced for what they offer. Knock some change off the price and I will be there all the time!

Cupcakes AND swings. It's like they read my mind! Oh, and if you were born in the mid to late 80s, the music they play is reminiscent of our middle and high school days. Love it! I had the peanut butter Nutella and would inhale another if I lived anywhere near Chicago. I also ordered a strawberry shortcake, which was... More

Our local family took us to Molly after having lunch at Del Seoul. The creme brulee cupcake was to die for. We went here with a group of 12 and they were accommodating! Very friendly staff!
