Service use to be questionable/terrible....but now! Friendly and more pleasant to come to. LOVE their lox bagel...ANY bagel and they always give you more than plenty of cream cheese ;0) When I come visit this is my every day stop ;0)

Just. . . Can't . . . Quite get it right. Way too slow, manage to mess up at least one aspect of your order every time. Maybe the stocking caps are too tight. Seriously, either the coffee is wrong, or they forget the bagel. Lovely people though.

I love this coffee shop for several reasons: 1. it has great coffee. They don't over roast the beans and the coffees (light and dark) are generally flavorful and smooth tasting. 2. the pastries are really good.
