Excellent food, decent service, a bit overpriced

I come from a city filled with options for Middle Eastern restaurants, so this place is being compared to some of the greatest restaurants in North America. Food: 9/10 I don't give out 10s unless the food is drop-dead amazing. This food was great and everything was cooked properly. The rice... read more

The food is ok (I have in-laws by Dearborn so this is nothing special). But the service is HORRIBLE!!! I have made reservations here 3 times, usually days in advance. And 3 times, the host has given my table away and made me wait, always with a dumb excuse. Both he and the owner himself were extremely rude and insulting... More

We made a reservation for 8:30 pm and were there by 8:35 and were told our table won't be ready for another 15 minutes. Meanwhile, the owner was holding a table for his own party. When we asked why we cannot be seated when there was an empty table, the owner came out and told us he doesn't need our... More

I went here with my family based on a friend's recommendation. We thought it was just your typical Middle Eastern/Arabian food but when we tried it we were glad we were wrong! We ordered the meat platter, good for 5 people, and it was more than enough for us. The service was great but the place was a little too... More

I visited this restaurant with 4 of my friends while on trip to Chicago. I have to say that it is the most amazing lebanese cuisine I have ever tasted in the US... truly authentic food and arab atmosphere. We ordered the full buffet. Every dish was amazing, from the hummus to the baba ghanouj to even the bread that... More

My husband & I had lunch here at it was wonderful. The selections on the menu are plentiful and the food tasted great. The ceilings are draped in fabric so the restaurant is very pretty. We are not middle eastern but the staff made us feel welcome and explained many of the dishes to us. Definitely get the mixed fruit... More
