Had dinner with a couple of work colleagues on Sunday evening. It was a casual dining experience, another table had a young family next to us. The food was really delicious, colourful and was served quickly. The sake was pretty great and the price was not exorbitant. The sushi collection was varied, exotic and presented in a very beautiful way.... More

We love everything about this restaurant! The food and the decor are amazing. The monthly buffet is a great way to dry new foods.

One of the things I look for in a sushi restaurant the first time I go is for variety and creativity. It is so easy to just make the standard nigri and maki that any deviation from it is welcome. Swordfish's dishes are like none I have had in other sushi restaurants, and they are fantastic. I started with the... More

My friend and I had been running all over Geneva and St. Charles doing errands. It was raining most of the day and we're not from the area. Before driving two hours home we wanted a good meal. Not a franchise meal. We found this place and were so surprised by the decor and even more so by the food!... More

Went to this expensive restaurant to celebrate my daughter graduation. They advertised the lobster miso soup so we ordered two. The soup was double the size than the normal miso soup (also double the price). It was so salty we could not eat it. When the waiter pick up the bowls almost untouched, he did not ask if we like... Outstanding across the board. Rotating specials are always interesting and delicious, staff is always extremely pleasant and eager to please, prices are reasonable for such well-prepared food, and even the hot entrees are executed at a very high level. Wine list also has some unique choices. Always a satisfying experience!

I highly recommend Swordfish, even if you are not a fan of sushi. I love their Mame Scallop lunch entrée and my husband loves their sashimi. GOOD FOOD & SERVICE!!

This is the best sushi ever by far. Every time we bring someone here for the first time the love it as much as us. Last night we went at 5pm and there was already a wait. Make sure you make reservations. For $65 (including tip) we had 1 appetizer, 1 small salad, 2 rolls, 2 large beers. Not cheap... More
