I am sorry to see this restaurant going downhill. During my last few visits, I have to say the food was just subpar. Even the coffee seems different and not as good as once was. I have a feeling they are buying lower quality ingredients to pull larger profits. They still have long lines for breakfast on the weekends, but... More

Well I was wrong. It can be bad two times. We went for breakfast and with only 10-15 people there our service was still bad. The waitress was very nice just a little slow. Food was sub par. My son who loves French toast would not even touch it after his first bite. I got the sunrise skillet. No good... More

Since moving back to area in March I have taken my Daughter here numerous times. The food is authentic and well done and by that I mean it is made there and not just reheated frozen stuff like you get at Ihop etc. Service is 5 stars as well. I recommend the Veggie Benedict as well as the Oatmeal cakes... More

We stoped in for lunch and it looked like a good place and the people were nice. They mostly only had breakfast food (which I'm not a big fan of). I ordered a hamburger, which was terrible. Not planning on coming back. Would probably be better if you are a breakfast person.

Apple Villa has been my go-to place for breakfast and I like to eat breakfast anytime. I've never had a bad meal. The portions are huge, you won't leave hungry, and the quality of the food is the best around. I love their eggs benedict and omelettes. In fact, all of their egg and pancake creations are wonderful! I've taken... More

I met a friend for break fest the other day. He had ham and eggs, my son had pancakes and sausage and I had a Denver omelet. Service was great as the server stopped by at the right times to follow up with us. She must have been watching her tables to determine when to stop by. Go hungry as... More

What can I say, this place is the place for pancakes and waffels.... Quality food and wide variety to choose from. The staff is very friendly and the prices are in reason for a large family.

Positives: Lots of variety for breakfasts, and many lunch items as well. Hashbrowns were not greasy and just on the edge of crispy - love that. Skillet breakfasts include the skillet of your choice (I chose veggie) plus 2 8" pancakes or toast + 2 eggs. Eggs easy-over were perfectly cooked. They offered "gluten-free" pancakes and they were delicious. My... More
