Been There Before: Disappointed today

I have been to Aliano's before but only had pizza. Today I had a chicken panini. It was not a panini. Chicken was very dry and not a bit tasty. We waited 45 minutes to even receive our food. My sister ordered an Italian beef. Dry as could be and she was in a hurry to get to work. There... read more

I've been going to Aliano's since they opened. The quality and portions have suffered through time. I'm one of those people that love to get the same thing every time. I have tried most of everything on the menu, and most of it is fantastic. My meal of choice was the baked mostaccioli. It had a great amount of cheese... More

Waited over an hour for salads then another 30 minutes for main course which of three dishes one was undercooked and had to go back. Two diners ate while third diner watched then ate after first two diners were finished. The worst experience at a restaurant ever! Do not go here.

We had attempted eating here three times before we actually were seated on our fourth trip. The hostesses each time were rude, sneering when we said we didn't have reservations, as we stared at a mostly empty dining room, and then making us wait for a very long time for a table (we gave up and left those 3times). The... More

Was brought the wrong entree. When waiter was questioned about the entree, he did not know if it was the correct one or not. After consulting with the menu, he decided it was indeed the wrong entree. Correct one was brought with a minimal apology. By this time my husband was almost done with his meal. The waiter never checked... More

My husband and I arrived at Aliano's after 9pm on a Thursday night. We thought we might be turned away since they close at 10:00. But, we were warmly welcomed. We had a great server who was helpful but not intrusive. We enjoyed a bottle of wine and some of the best pizza I've had outside of Italy.

The restaurant is just okay, and a bit too pricey..Not always the greatest service. They also have a to go pizza shop next door. Worst pizza We ever had. The cheese they use is dry and way too salty. There was hardly any sauce on it,. After two pieces we threw the rest out.

Food is very good, service can be hit or miss. I dislike the whole Groupon or yahoo coupon thing because it seems most people who frequent this restaurant wave one in hand and the food seems a little pricey without a discount of some type.

We did a to-go order, I spoke with the owner on the phone and he kept referring to me as babe, baby, etc. So unprofessional. While I was speaking with him he was talking to other people in the restaurant. I was already turned off. When our food arrived it was not flavorful at all, very bland. I would not... More

I made reservations the end of January for February 14, Valentines day, for 6:00 p.m. We arrived at 5:55 pm and there was a mass of people at the host station. We were told the wait for our table was 30-40 minutes. We were told that they had taken over 40 reservations and there was nothing they could do. We... More
