This is where the locals eat! YUMMMMM

This restaurant was top notch! We eat here at least once a month. We generally order the same thing, but have tried a few other things. We get the buffalo chip which will usually feed my husband and I. It is HUGE! Cheesy yummy delicious goodness. This is home cooked homemade food at its best. It is... read more

Took everyone's advice and got the buffalo chip. It was a delicious heart attack waiting to happen. Good coffee. Nice waitress. Only con is its not handicap accessible. It was hard for my mother to navigate the potholes, steps, and weird series of curbs leading into the cafe.

Man this place is always packed.. like always… but for good reason. Every time I go back to Twin this is one of my got-to-go to restaurants. Before I moved away I would always bring friends to this cafe and they always want to come back. My favorite part, other than the awesome customer service, is the coffee. I mean... More

We chose this little cafe because of the fine reviews. One of the best breakfasts either of us has had. Our server Lindsey was outstanding: friendly, attentive, informative, patient and efficient. Food: The portions are large! We ordered half servings and each of us still took food home. Also, the food flavor a were wonderful. I had the Eggs Hunter... More

Food is always excellent. I love going for breakfast so I can have some of the homemade jam. When family comes to visit they always want to go to the Buffalo Café for breakfast. Staff are always super friendly and coffee cup is never empty.

Incredible place. Don't even look at the menu, order the Buffalo Chip. Don't ask what's in it...order it! Chase it with their sourdough French toast. It's usually crowded and hasn't changed in 30 years. Enjoy!

There is a server there that is so upbeat and chipper every time we come. She is clever and witty and not afraid to have a good time at work. The food is probably the best breakfast you can get in Idaho, so delicious and so much food. If we lived closer we would go every weekend. The restaurant is... More

We went in on a Sunday around mid day for breakfast. There was a small line, but it was worth the wait. The service left a bit to be asked for. The waitress would say she would be right back with coffee, water, butter, etc. but wouldn't come back. We had to ask another waitress for coffee refills. The food... More

It was mostly locals. That's always a good sign. Fast service, very attentive and personable service. The food was delicious. It was nearing the end of their business day and the bathroom was spotless. I would recommend it.

I read that Buffalo Cafe is hard to find but worth the trip. Is it ever!!! The most popular item on menu (breakfast/lunch) is the "buffalo chip" it is a plate of home fries (little cubes and slices) covered/mixed with green chile, tomato, green onion, and diced ham then smothered with a mountain of gooey melted cheddar blend. It is... More
