If you're American and are stuck in a Mexican food rut, you have GOT to try the Moco Jete at Garibaldi's. I only used to eat from the combination menu which has very good Americanized Mexican food. But, I finally woke up and tried a more authentic flavor. My favorites at this restaurant are the Carne Asada (which I've eaten... More

We lived in Twin Falls for years and this was always our first choice for Mexican food, it's delicious, my Husband always loved to get their Carne Asada. They also have really good mixed drinks like Margaritas, their chips, salsa and Fajitas are excellent also. Lastly, the staff here are honest, I left my iPod touch there at the table by... More

Garibaldis have the worst salsa I ever tried. Soupy, not fresh, and flavorless. Their corn chips are tastless not fresh. The best they have is the "carne asada con cebollitas" and the Sol beer.

Went here once - once was enough. After we ordered, our food was at our table in 5 minutes!! Translation: it was all pre-made and the plates were just put together and heated in the microwave. The food wasnt near as good as LA FIESTA - it was cheaper but you get what you pay for. My GF got an... More

Party of 7 ate for $70 including tip. Some dishes were well received and others were not. I had the special for the evening, good choice. Server was attentive, chips and salsa was very good, and the food came quickly. Would return again next time I'm in Twin Falls.

One thing I like about Giribaldis is that you get a TON of food. Their burrito's are huge. Have I had better Mexican food before? Yes. Is the food here bad? No. It's an average to maybe a little above average Mexican restaurant. There are always plenty of servers on staff and I have yet to be served by one... More

Maybe our standards are too high, but this restaurant wouldn't stay in business in Texas. The food was bland, and the service was average at best. Price was okay--most dishes in the $8-12 range. I was there with four other people and none of us were impressed. The server appeared busy, and it took him a while to deliver our... More

You know you're in trouble in a Mexican restaurant when the tortilla chips are bland. They literally had no flavor: kind of thin and greasy with little to no salt. They reminded me of generic chips that you'd buy in a huge plastic bag at the grocery store. Everything else about our meal was on the same scale--disappointing. There just... More
