Chef went out of his way to accomodate a special diet....great food and great view!

We had a large party of people dine here with some family visiting from out of town. I follow a plant based diet so my husband informed them of that when he made our reservations. The staff assured us the chef would come up with something to accommodate my diet and he did, and wonderfully too! Not... read more

Unbelievable view & food was excellent, not overpriced at all. Easy access and fantastic area to take Snake River pictures

I first went to CC about 4 years ago. It was just ok. When you walk into the building you expect a very extravagant evening. It was actually rather bland, not bad but just not good. I recently went back with my family after hearing a new chef 'Richard Burger' took over. My server (forget her name) was great and... More

Went to Canyon Crest for lunch this time. After two dinners thought we would try it for lunch. Again, the food was delicious, service was good and view was beautiful. This is a true gem in Twin Falls. Will return whenever we are there.

We had a terrific filet mignon dinner. Our server Michael was very attentive and engaging. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. The view of the canyon and Perrine bridge at sunset were stunning. Next time I will save room for Bananas Foster prepared table side.

We hadn't been to this restaurant for approximately 2 years because we'd been disappointed on all our prior visits. We heard they had changed some things & that it was better... So we went...& it was. My husband got the ceasar salad wrap & it was huge & good... I mean REALLY huge! I ordered some soup that was supposed... More

On a cross country trip, we stopped in Twin Falls for one night and stopping this restaurant enabled us to enjoy good food and the best view in the area. Sit outside on the rail for the best view. We had steak and salmon for entrees and both were well prepared.

Came here for a 4th of july date with my fiance. Started with the beet napoleon dish. Beautiful dish and ate really well. Great traditional flavors. Had the cajun shark dish for my entree. It was fantastic. Juicy piece of shark with a mild fish flavor really filling. My fiance had the elk and sturgeon duo. Great flavors.
