A very enjoyable evening

My associates had traveled extensively in Italy and they believe that the meal was very authentic. We enjoyed the antipasto misty as well as the rabbit pasta. As it was a nice evening, we ate outside which was very noisy due to the road traffic. Still an enjoyable meal and evening.

My wife ordered spaghetti with bolognese sauce. What she received was a plate of bolognese sauce with a few strands of spaghetti. It wasn't even a bolognese sauce because it lacked any meat.

Stopped in Sandpoint to see some friends late on a Sunday. A lot of the town closed down early but this place was open. Excellent food! I had the lasagna, really good. One of us had the minestrone soup and felt it was average. Desserts were good too and one of our friends got a free birthday desert. Servers were... More

Having an Italian heritage I am very critical of "Italian retaurants." Ivanos captures the Tuscan style of cuisine that makes me homesick for Italy. Spicy sauces, al dente pastas & antipasto that clicks on you palate! I think the cheeses are aged perfectly and a fine wine selection. The steaks are good but it's an itailian place! Some amazing fish... More

Not your typical Italian Restaurant. The decor is like being in a northern italian restaurant. You can get rabbit on the menu, clams, mussels, and seaford. They also have pasta dishes, gnochi, lasagna. A must if you want authentic Italian Food.

We chose this place because it was Daniels birthday and he being Italian, loves Italian food. If you want an outstanding Manhattan, this is your place. The atmosphere was great, the staff outstanding. We decided to dine as if we were in Italy and took a long leisurely time to order our courses. Our first course were amazing breaded oysters,... We had a gift certificate as the last time we had visited the food and service wasn't good so the owner gave us a gift certificate to come back. This time my husband ordered the house panfried oysters to start his meal and they were delicious lightly battered, tender in a white butter wine sauce, he ordered the special Rockfish... More

I love pasta more than most...and since I am Celiac I do not get to eat it out very often. But this Italian bistro has gluten free pasta (and real!) and their sauces are to die for!

The food was very average as was the service & the restaurant itself. Likely won't return. There was not enough parking & the entrance was weirdly hard to find.

I'll start with before entering the restaurant - and get the negative stuff off the plate: The way to get into the building is based on the time you go there. If you are there before or after the prime time for meals, go for it. You just might find a parking spot. If you are like most of the... More
