Everything We Ordered Was Delicious A little on the Expensive Side

We chose this place because it was Daniels birthday and he being Italian, loves Italian food. If you want an outstanding Manhattan, this is your place. The atmosphere was great, the staff outstanding. We decided to dine as if we were in Italy and took a long leisurely time to order our courses. Our first course were amazing breaded oysters,... I love pasta more than most...and since I am Celiac I do not get to eat it out very often. But this Italian bistro has gluten free pasta (and real!) and their sauces are to die for!

The food was very average as was the service & the restaurant itself. Likely won't return. There was not enough parking & the entrance was weirdly hard to find.

I'll start with before entering the restaurant - and get the negative stuff off the plate: The way to get into the building is based on the time you go there. If you are there before or after the prime time for meals, go for it. You just might find a parking spot. If you are like most of the... More

Love driving up to Sand Point for a good meal, and walk around town. We discovered Ivano's while looking around town for a good place to eat. We love Italian food so this was our choice for the evening. This particular evening I had veal piccata. One of my favorite meals. The only thing I would change is to have... More

I am writing as the leader of a 28 person group of skiers who spent a week at Schweitzer Mountain Resort, just a short distance from Sandpoint, ID. We had a group dinner at Ivano’s and it was universally praised. When we arrived at our appointed time, Liz, the catering manager, had everything ready for us. In our own room,... More

Terrible food and service at lunch. Cold food (kept in chaffing dishes under heat lamps) replacement was heated in the microwave. Soup served lukewarm. Had to ask for our wine twice because the server forgot. But the creme brûlée was really good! Cook it from fresh guys or at least serve it hot. The flavours are pretty decent but the... More

We dined here for the first time last weekend and we absulutely loved it. The wine was very nice and paired so well with our meal. We ordered an appetizer called Funghi Al Forno, which was baked crimini mushrooms with Gorgonzola cheese, garlic & marsala wine. The reduction sauce with this was amazing, with the flavors all complimenting each other... More
