Great wine and awesome Huckleberry wings

This is one of our favorite spots. They have moved across the street from their previous locations and have now added a restaurant. I did a wine tasting ($5 or free if you buy a bottle) and my husband had a handcrafted beer from the brewpub across the street in their previous location. We ordered... read more

We didn't eat here but stopped in after shopping on a couple of evenings whilst on vacation. Lovely place, nice wine and good service. Will be back for sure.

I like the bar, like the music, like the bar food, the sliders are amazing! The restaurant is not my thing. I don't love the décor, service is a tad slow, food is good, menu is limited. If I have my choice I will eat dinner elsewhere.

Wrapping up our visit to Sandpoint on Valentine's Day, we were not sure what to expect. As soon as we entered the front door, I immediately felt this was going to be a great experience and our first impression was right on! We had wine and the double board selection (meat/cheese) which were served promptly and tasty. The live music... More

We had a great time at the winery. In addition to an excellent selection of wines, we enjoyed the live music on Friday evening and the tasty snacks. The huckleberry sauce on the chicken wings is fantastic. I can see it also being delicious as a pork glaze or even on a halibut steak. Seldom have I been in any... More

Recently we decided to try out this new restaurant , after reading the nice reviews. Well, that was our first mistake. If this is fine dining obviously the owners have not targeted their customer correctly. When we entered the building, it was attractive. I immediately noticed how loud it was, and questioned if we wanted to try to have a... More

Just tried the new Bistro Rouge restaurant, part of the remodeled Pend Oreille Winery. The entree menu is limited. I ordered the chicken breast for $20, and that's exactly what I got--a very tasty, medium-sized chicken breast on top of two long mushroom slices, served oh-so prettily on a white plate with artful mustard sauce scribbles and a delicate necklace... A group of us had dinner at the new Bistro in the Pend d'Orielle Winery and from the moment we entered until our departure, the experience was wonderful. From being greeted by the wait staff as well as general manager Gordon to wonderful wines everything was perfect. The highlight though was our delicious dinner prepared by chef Stephanie from LA.... This is a great place. I gueas there is a Sit down restaurant area, a lounge area with a bar, and a little shop. Do a wine tasting here. Five wines for $5.00. Then after you are within walking diatance of several other places.

Arrived in town too late to eat here Saturday night, and Sunday the restaurant we chose to eat at was closed for an employee dinner, so we thought, hey, why don't we try the wine tasting restaurant that was closed yesterday. It uses local, organic and sustainable products. The wine tasting bar was open and we sampled a variety of... More
