Good Italian food!

We needed a place to eat when we arrived at our B&B after a long travel day. Our B&B host recommended Arlo's ~ it was was within walking distance and since it was Sunday it was Lasagne Night. The service was friendly, fast & the food was great Italian. Nothing really outstanding but just really... read more

Had a nice Italian dinner here. View of river was good. Service was excellent. I had the bolonaise (Sp?) which was a little more tomatoi than I prefer but tasty. This is not a cheap diner so bring your wallet.

Went on a Monday hoping to get some lasagna, but apparently that is only on Sunday's. Had a great selection of other fine foods though, so the choice was still great. Had fantastic service and a delicious meal. Great place to eat for sure, and handy to shopping also.

Thank you for your kind review, MrEquipment. I'm sorry you missed lasagna Sunday, but am happy to hear you found something to enjoy. We hope you'll stop in on your next trip, and if you make in on Sunday, the fresh lasagna will be waiting. More

We went as a group of 6 on a Monday night and it seemed a bit disorganized up front even though it did appear busy. It took 5 minutes to be seated, but the hostess did provide us some menus to look over while we waited. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Took awhile to even get garlic bread, but... More

Thanks for your review, Tiffany. Even when busy, we strive to get our customers seated within 5-10 minutes. I'm glad to hear we lived up to this with your party. Also, thank you for complimenting our seemingly famous garlic bread. It is a secret family recipe from Mama Arlo. I hope we can serve you again in the future. More

We stopped by at the end of the lunch hour so very quiet. Service was excellent and food very good. Tried Cannoli, Ravioli (take out) and Meatball spaghetti and all were very good. Nice view and outdoor seating area. Enjoyed our food. Nummy garlic bread!

Our first experience at Arlo's and I can assure you it won't be our last. We were headed for the Italian restaurant "down the street" when a friend asked if we had tried Arlo's. Being fairly new to the area, we were not familiar with Arlo's but it was the best dining tip we've received in a long time. My... More

We came for lost in the fifties. We knew that service could be potentially slow and we knew that service would not be the same as it is during regular business hours. However what we didn't come to expect it was that people behind us in line getting served a table we requested and the table seated after us to... More

Melinda, it's a couple months later but please accept our apology. We were slammed for Lost in the 50's but that's no excuse for the service you received. Our sauces are all handmade from scratch - please come give us another taste when you're back in town. We won't let you down! More

Can be crowded, service depends on who you get but the food is very consistently good. Tom (owner) is customer focused.

This small family restaurant is a gem. As soon as you enter the door the owner greets you with a warm smile as if you are family. One time there was a group of us and no large tables were available, but he asked some diners to move so they could put tables together and we soon were seated, Another... More

This was my husband and my worst dining experience ever. While the food was delicious, the service was awful, on a level I have never in my life experienced. The waitress was quite obviously DRUNK, running into things (chairs, doors) and slurring her words and practically falling in my lap. She took over 15 minutes to bring us menus, forgot... More

Thank you for your review; we're glad you enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, this isn't the only negative feedback we received on that server and we had to let her go. Please stop in the next time you're in town; we're confident you'll be impressed with our service with amore! More
