Take one local boy, sift in an incredible vintage brick building, add awesome homemade fresh daily: scones, cookies, cakes, rolls, bread, croissants; sprinkle with super nice staff and what do you have? The quintessential bakery located in a tiny little town in the heart of Idaho. Great coffee/lattes and tea too! I'm not kidding their bread is not to be... More

Their breakfast choices are very good, as are their lunch sandwiches. One of my favorites is the ham and swiss on their special bread. The ambiance is great also. They have a loft where one may enjoy your drink and food. They also bake cookies and other desserts that are very good.

This bakery is the best. They open early for breakfast pastries, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee. Later in the morning they start offering their freshly baked daily bread, and then offer lunch sandwiches. We visit each summer and every morning we walk down for fresh pastries. Yummy!!!

Stopped by for a sandwich for lunch and pastries for breakfast the next day while headed to the mountains. Ham and cheese sandwich was most tasty with delicious homemade bread. Pastries were quickly devoured the next day. Liked it so much we stopped off for another sandwich (muffaletta) on our way back through - YUM!

I always look forward to a visit to this bakery when passing through Salmon. The croissants, pastries and espresso drinks are delicious and well made. I always see folks buying bread, so assume it much be great as well. Be forewarned that the bakery can get hot in the summer as there's no A/C, only a fans for cooling. Still,... More

We stopped in too late for lunch, too early for dinner, but the staff whipped us up some sandwiches made to order. They have a great dining area upstairs with some toys for the kids and plenty of space to sit. The food was delicious and just the thing for a busy day.
