We ended up eating breakfast here twice because we couldn't find any other breakfast places to try. The first day our waitress was harried and didn't do a very good job. The second day we had a wonderful waitress who kept my husband's coffee full and was always coming by to make sure we didn't need anything. I had french... More

Food was average to below average. Service was ok. The place needs a serious cleaning-- the bathrooms are really bad. It also needs to be updated with new decor throughout.

So I am from Pocatello Idaho and I grew up with JBs because there used to be one in Pocatello. Ever since it closed down, my experience with this restaurant chain has not been too favorable. The first was in Salt Lake City where they had shrimp Alfredo. That should of been a red flag for me, but it was... More

In Rexburg we stopped at JB's on West Main Street, the parking lot was full so we had a good feeling. Very warm welcome and nice hostess. The friendly waitress went out of her way to assist me in finding a meal that would agree with my many allergies, thank you ! My husband absolutely LOVED the turkey dinner !!

JB's was a favorite during my high school days (late 60's). Went back for the 1st time in about 10 years. Sorry Big Boy. You need to change with the time. Prices were too high and the quality was too low. Place needed a good cleaning and a face lift.

The service was OK, the food was luke-warm. A woman came in with her little dog and sat just across the way from us. When I asked the waitress if the dog was going to be able to stay because I thought that was against food safety laws . She said that everyone is afraid to ask the lady to... More

This is one o the worst restaurants that Rexburg has! Anything from the food to the service offered is nothing but the worst. Whether you are passing through or spending a night or two, make sure you don't spend any time here!

We ate at this place last week and it was the worst experience we have had in years. First it took forever to get our food (and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant). We were all starving and the wait was like torture. The waitress barely looked at us when she took our order and never once came back... More

Ate at this restaurant and ordered the prime rib. The waitress was very kind but incredibly slow and didn’t seem to be very experienced. Sad thing was none of the other older more experienced waitresses seemed to care to help her and just watched her flail around. Not her fault. The prime rib cost about $20 and was a special... More

Quickly turning into a dive. We came here after our other choices were packed on a Friday night @ 7:30. Seeing that they were mostly empty should've been a sign to stay away. The carpet looks old and nasty. They look long overdue for replacement. Our middle-aged waitress didn't provide much service. Not a single refill. We waited quite awhile... More
