This is my family's favorite Mexican place to eat. We love the chips and salsa! The Chile rellano is the best I have had. All of the staff is very friendly. I don't know how authentic it is, because I have never been to Mexico, but I do know that the food is good, and so is the service.

The owner is so nice! He is usually the one who seats you, and sometime your waiter. I've never had to ask for a refill. Very accommodating with special orders, also. Delicious food! I got the nachos and took home the leftovers, it was a whole other meal! Worth coming here every time.

Being from California I've had a chance to eat at a lot of very good authentic Mexican food and this restaurant is definitely worth including. They staff are very courteous and seat you promptly. The chips and salsa arrive very shortly thereafter. They serve both a mile and a hot (very hot!) version of salsa. I had an enchilada and... More

The staff here were very friendly. The salsa was delicous!! We came here while on vacation an just writing this review is making my mouth water. The size of everything we ordered was quite large so don't let your eyes be bigger than your stomach.

read review praising chili rellanos. Decided to try for lunch. wife had rellano only and I had rellano with a pork enchilada. Salsas were probably the highlight with very good (thin and crisp) chips. the rellanos were mostly egg and breading. Way too much for the little anaheim pepper. Service was varied. 2 waitresses. the one who waited on us... More

The food here at the restaurant is reasonably priced and the flavors are great. Having tried Mexican foods in California, Utah, Texas, and Idaho. This restaurant has the best tasting Chile Relleno I have tasted at any Mexican restaurant I've been to. They have wonderful tasting foods and lots of options. I wish they had some Moles, but the choices... More

Love this little gem of a mexican restaurant! The chips are crispy, salty and warm. They offer 2 varieties of salsa that are yummy, but the hot is my favorite. It is not burn your mouth hot, but has that roasted heat...yum! I almost always order the same thing, pork carnitas soft taco. The pork is tender and flavorful and... More

EVERYTHING at La Cocina is delicious, fresh and full of flavor! You can tell they take time to make good food using high quality ingredients. The service is outstanding and you cannot find a nicer owner! Great value too! Forget going anywhere else for Mexican food, La Cocina is IT!

I absolutely love everything about La Cocina. The chips and salsa (regular and hot) are fantastic. Every selection I've ever had has been amazing. Choose between refried and rancho (whole) beans. The rice is unlike any other I've had. My kids have been spoiled by this place and we have difficulty eating at other Mexican restaurants now. This place started... More
