We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at the Sandpiper. My husband loves good steak but can't eat anything that isn't well done. He ordered a filet, which can be a challenge for some chefs. While he did have to send it back once, it ended up being perfect -- cooked well enough and very flavorful -- not shoe leathery at all.... More

We were passing through and saw great reviews on here for this restaurant Boy were they wrong. Husband ask for medium rare prime rib and baked potato. Got way over cooked dry prime rib and burnt potato. I wanted the short ribs and risotto. Got burned roast beef and mush rice. Our son who is 3 years old wanted chicken... More

This restaurant has the best quality steaks and seafood in town. I always go prime rib or halibut and it's off the charts. Expect to drop $25 per dish for those options though, but worth it.

This place is an old Pocatello stand by. It is always predictably good at a reasonable cost. It is close to most hotels and ISU.

The restaurant is right off the I-15 exit. Very nice food. I had the prime rib. I ordered it rare but it came medium. But it was still good. Pleasant seating on the patio. It only cost a little more than your typical highway fare (large cut off prime rib was$25.-) but it was so much better!

amazing server and delicious food. The hotel next door (Ameritell ) recommend this place and we were not disappointed. They also offered discount on our check when we showed them our room keys. we loved the steak, stuffed mushrooms and the mac and cheese.

We had a really nice family meal here. Our group of 10 was handled without any difficulty and everyone enjoyed the meal. Service was efficient, friendly and polite. Our server Russell was excellent, as was his assistant, who I am sorry to say I don't remember his name.......We were staying next door at the Ameritel, so the restaurant was chosen... More

We stayed next door on Monday after the 4th of July week end. We were shocked at the full house at this steakhouse type restaurant on a Monday night - many of the patrons were locals. While the place could use a decor update, we were pleasantly surprised with the olive oil, grated cheese, and garlic dipping mixture accompanying the... More

On our way to Salt Lake City we stayed 2 nights in Pocatello and ate at this restaurant both evenings. A wide choice of food ( although no trout on both nights) and it was cooked to perfection the chicken oscar was especially good. Service was friendly and efficient Our waitress Hayley was charming.

The halibut was good but a little expensive. Most items on menu ala carte. Decor and furnishings a little dated. Service good but servers not friendly.
