We love Jalepenos! Great food, great people. Every Friday night... Keep up the great work! We have a couple waiters that look forward to seeing us!
I ordered a dish with Halibut, but what I got instead was Talapia. Really not happy to pay top price for bottom feeding fish. Guess they figured we wouldn't notice the difference. Haven't been back since.
The waiter was Argumentative & rude. Took our order after arguing with us. It took over 30 minute to get food. When I asked for the bill he took 25 minutes to get it to us. We will never retune. Food was cold and just OK.
I was there for lunch and ordered the chicken chimichanga. The beans were runny and they didn't have much flavor.Same with the rice...no flavor. The chimichanga itself was good, but did not care for the sweet white sauce they put on it. The service was good, but the place was noisy for a lunchtime, people hollering and we were setting... More
We stopped here just because it was convenient. We really had no idea what to expect so we played it safe. I ordered the spinach enchilada, not expecting it to be anything special, but it really was. It was jump out of your mouth fresh, made with tomatoes and onions and had really wonderful flavor. I would definitely stop here... More
The very best Margarita's you'll find in the Treasure valley, I promise! The food is absolutely wonderful. None of that frozen, microwaved, then oven finished stuff you get at the other places. Each recipe is home made from scratch. The beef is really exceptional and flavorful. I've spoken to the proprietor on several occasions (Irma) and talked to her about... More
Very friendly and great food. Everything I've had there has been great.
I got the carne asada platter, it was pretty good. I'd get it again. The rice was exceptional, and you get a lot of food for your money.
I decided to try this place off of my brothers recommendation. The portions were large and the service was good. I tried the California burrito with steak, It was good but I thought that the cheese sauce started to be a bit too much by the end of the burrito.
My family has eaten there a few times recently and the place seems to be improving. The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. Worth a try. Better than El Tanampa, Chapala's, Casablanca Elana's (which keeps moving and changing their name due to health department closures), and a few other local Mexican restaurants in my opinion.
