Great selection of pastries and other baked goods. All were delicious. Friendly service. onlt criticism is that some items were large, so need to cut in pieces. Closed on Monday!

It seems so "real". They're careful about the ingredients. Always tempting to stop in - good food - and the afternoon discount seals the deal. The special ordered cakes and pies are a tremendous value.

Wheatberries is primarily a bakery with sandwich type of eat in or take out items. They make a very good personal pizza with a thick crust that is equally as good hot or cold. Very little seating for dining in but makes great food for a picnic.

I have been in this store several times as a local resident. I am never disappointed with the pasties and food... really really good. Don't expect good service though. The staff is unfriendly, and won't look at you in the eye or even say thank you. One would think spending $4+ dollars on a pastry, it would warrant a "have... More

I bought the ham and cheese croissant this time, my girls love, love, love them, as do I. All of the fresh-baked breads are wonderful. Great place to get breakfast, lunch, or bread for dinner.

A little disappointed with the quality of customer service from the front desk, but the bakery goods are damn good.

I visited Wheatberries for lunch for the first time and there was a small lunchtime rush. The lady taking the orders was noticeably flustered and impatient. I order their Mondo Italian sandwich which was the daily special and was told it would be about a 10 minute wait. My friend was waiting next to me to order and the employee... More

The sandwich and lunch items are okay. I've never been disappointed or conversely, never been that impressed. Basic deli style sandwiches with very friendly service. They only offer several special sandwiches a day but you can always build your own based on what bread they baked that day. I'd rate the deli sandwiches three stars. The best items I've had... More

This is essentially a bakery, but Wheatberries also sells sandwiches, soups, and delicious (humongous) cookies and other desserts. The atmosphere is comfortable, with nooks to sit in, stools by the window, and interesting art work decorating the walls. The staff is great, with prompt service. Little to no worry about lines, unless a large group of college students or professors... More
