Lott's was the best place in town to get prime rib, but it is closed now! The owner said they wanted to get back to having a real life! Hard to blame them!

We were passing through Montpelier at lunchtime and decided on Lott's based on the reviews. We were so glad we did. We had a bowl of the cream of mushroom soup, club sandwich & chicken sandwich. It was all really good. The service was great also. Would definitely stop here again.

Stopped in for dinner maybe 6 people eating. Waitress was nice and service was good. Not a lot to choose from for dinner. I had the hamburger steak dinner. It was not bad but not anything out od the usual. It waa a large portion though. But for this town it is probably one of the better places to eat.

Stopped here for lunch based on the reviews here and was not disappointed. Good sandwich, friendly service. I'd eat there again if I came through town.

We were looking for a lunch spot in this small town while traveling through. Finding Lott's was a pleasant surprise. We had the soup and salad bar. The salad bar had all the fixings. Everything was fresh and appealing looking. The soup was homemade Chicken Noodle......yummy! I would definitely stop here again if passing through.

The Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich was stunningly delicious. The portions were large and the food was delicious. The salad bar was nice and fresh with all of the essentials. The blue cheese dressing was very good. The decor is quaint, small town country. The dining area was kind of loud and a little too cold on a frosty February afternoon. The... More

When travelling I try to stay away from fast food and national chains so was happy to find Lott's when I stayed in Montpelier .There were so many delicious sounding homemade selections that it was hard to decide. I opted for a hot turkey sandwich with real mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce ($5.50) and a bowl of homemade beef noodle... More

There burgers are great! The waitress was very nice and the service was quick. Fries are hand cut, and the burger was not a frozen hocky puck, EXCELLENT- would eat there again!

We were very happy with our meal here. The food was good, I had a bacon cheeseburger and it came with a choice of soup or salad. I thought the $7.50 price was a great deal for what I got.

We stopped at Lott's for a late lunch on a recent Wednesday. I had the turkey avocado sandwich which was great. The soup of the day was chicken noodle - tasted and looked like soup I make at home - it was delicious. The pastrami burger was fantastic and the club sandwich was a winner. The waitress was great.
