Visited the Pancake house during October and December and the food as well as the decor was very good.

Huge place, very cute and homey. Good food and decent service, it's worth a trip for breakfast. General store in the back, everything Christmas!

Think a stripped down version of Cracker Barrel, (but genuine), with great food and friendly local servers. Add in HUGE portions and you will understand why there can be 45 minute wait times on holiday weekends. We went there three times, and learned to go later on a weekday when they weren't slammed with customers. I had the Huckleberry Crepes... More

The first tip on this one is that for breakfast it is crowded until early afternoon. If you are a one or two person party, sit at the bar to avoid the wait. Alot of the food is homemade, that's a plus, but it is questionable whether stuff is free range etc, and probably not organic. Service is top notch,... More

They specialize in breakfast food. If I go back I wont try the lunch food. It is pointless. The lunch food is over priced for hardly any food. It was fun to watch the pro pumpkin carver though. I got the patty melt which I would also advise not getting. It is really small for its price almost $10 for... More

The potato pancakes are NOT to be missed here! It is a great place to gather for families and friends. The Christmas shop in the back is full of fun things for all the winter Holidays. We go there every time we can.

A quick day trip with some out of town friends from Palm Springs. Food was very good but the staff was lacking English skills. Not a green card to be found. We tend to tip rather well but not in this case, The Christmas shop next door was wonderful and well worth the visit.

Nice atmosphere, but the food left much to be desired. My Party Melt was average at best. Nothing about it was worth mentioning. If you like rich, gooey cinnamon rolls where the dominant flavor is cinnamon, then avoid their cinnamon rolls. They are like a huge raised donut swimming in a sugar and water syrup. Virtually no cinnamon taste at all.... More

We went there for Brunch and everyone ordered breakfast. Everything is just "ok". The chicken fried steak is to stay away from. Very "pre-maid or pre-packaged". Nothing stood out except maybe the home made coconut syrup. The Interior of the restaurant was beautiful and love the open wood decor. It was worth going to once, sorry only once.

After a morning in the woods we decided to take the kids to the Pancake House for lunch. Since it was Saturday lunchtime the place was packed. We were told the wait would be 20-30 minutes. With two little kids (2 and 3) we decided to get lunch elsewhere and try again for dinner. We were glad we did. The... More
