When we were in McCall 4 years ago, we ate at Chapala, which was a cute place with a patio overlooking the lake. But they have moved into an enclosed mall and had no character at all. So our hotel (Shore Lodge) recommended Pueble Lindo, and we were glad. The food was very good and plentiful, and the staff was... More

I have been visiting McCall for decades and have never been particularly impressed by the Mexican restaurants there even though several of them have been around for many, many years. We had some friends take us to dinner at Pueblo Lindo and I was hooked. I ate there three times the first week I went there; it was that good.... More

Tremendous food, good service and very good prices. This isn't your standard Mexican restaurant as it has a much more authentic feel. It think at least four different people came by during dinner to see if everything was alright, some more than once. Will definitely be back.

Certainly not a fancy place, but comfortable and very friendly. The food was very good. I ordered my favorite items in combination plate (enchilada and chile releno) and they were both excellent. The combination was served with beans and refried rice that was very good.

I was in McCall for a 4 night stay and took the reviewer's advice and stopped in about 4:30pm for an evening meal, and boy was I impressed. I love cheese enchiladas and tamales, and both were superb, along with the beans and rice in the combo plate. The chips and salsa were very good as well. The thing I... More

Who would have thought that in the mountains of SW Idaho we would have an extremely good Mexican restaurant. I'm not talking Taco Bell type food. The are so many wonderful and authentic dishes including Mole. The people are happy, friendly and helpful. Even their chips and salsa are homemade and great.

Had a wonderful meal, the vegie fajitas were very flavorful and included pineapple chunks. Also enjoyed the cabbage mix that comes with the chips and salsa. Only regret is that they don't have a liquor license, so no real margaritas...the beer is fine.

My husband and I had a late evening dinner at Pueblo Lindo on a Friday night. I had pollo tacos and he had combo #10 with 2 tacos and an enchilada. Upon arrival, it took several minutes to be acknowledged and seated on a not-very-busy evening. We asked to be moved after being seated next to the noisy kitchen. We... More
