If you are looking for a burger, fries, and milk shake, this is your place! The youngsters who work there are friendly, patient, and helpful. They serve "diner" food. A small number of customers can eat inside but most enjoy the picnic tables outside. It's not cheap, but it's a staple of McCall! Our kids and grandkids always want to... More

A milk shake a must with every visit! The burgers are great, and did you know they have an entire gluten free menu to include fries? The home town hamburger stand atmosphere adds to the already good food. Just a really fun place to have a good ol' hamburger, shake and fries. A must for any visit to McCall.

Family ate great burgers and chicken. Great milkshake for dessert. Enjoyed eating outside. Dog friendly on patio. Fresh ingredients. We will be back.

This is a must stop when in Mccall. Everyone is friendly, and the food is great. We were only in Mccall for a week, and we liked this so much we went there twice. The burgers and fries are great, the onion rings are perfect. BUT the shakes OH MY! they are out of this world, lots of fresh fruit... More

It was OK, but nothing outstanding. The fries were underdone. The "secret sauce" was a bit flavorless. The chicken sandwich I had was nothing special. It wasn't bad, but it tasted like something I'd throw together for dinner if I wasn't in the mood to cook. I wished I had gone somewhere else.

This establishment has been of the McCall food scene for I believe over 25 years. From the number of visitors when we were there, it's obvious it's one of the most popular eateries in McCall. It has a myriad of tasty fast food offerings with even a few for the vegetarian. While we didn't have a shake during our visit,... More

I served my Mormon mission in Idaho and got lucky enough to spend a summer in McCall. The owner of My Father's Place likes the missionaries (I don't actually know if he's Mormon, though. Maybe we painted a fence for him or something once) and let us eat there for free once a week. The food is tasty, and even... More

We stopped for shakes after a long drive. Lovely selection of flavors and delicious - obviously real ice cream used. A kids' size would have been plenty. Workers were helpful. We sat outside at the cute picnic tables.
