The Buffett was very bad, we felt pressure to sit before looking at the Buffett. My buddie had a bug floating in his water. The best time I had was paying the bill so I could get out if there.

My husband believes dinner here made him sick but I am not sure. I did, however, miss the taste of freshness in the vegetables. Also, the pork rice was greasy and I wondered if the cook changes the cooking oil frequently enough. The lemon chicken had a pasty white look, rather than a clear yellow sauce that I am used... More

This is sort of an Americanized Cantonese style which I rather like except there wasn't much similarity to the meals I had in Hong Kong about 1997. But that's ok because my wife and I both like the shrimp, chicken, and pork dishes with the sauces they slather over most everything. I tried,a few times, to order ala carte Mandarin... More

The menu has at least a dozen variations all on the same theme and all seemingly involving almond chicken. We tried all of the Chinese places in the area. One was worse than this. Thai Garden in Clarkston (which has half of its menu Chinese) was hands down the best.

The serving sizes were hugh and reasonable priced, but taste in the few dishes we ordered were strictlyl for American taste. Little to no use of typical Chinese cooking spices, flavors, and ingredients. Taste was OK, but rated poor as a "Chinese" restaurant. As an American restaurant with a Chinese look, it was Average.

Nice place to have lunch. I had halibut and chips, which was very good, with a wonderful cole slaw. My company had yummy sandwiches and clam chowder. Staff was fast and friendly and the place is filled with relics from years gone by, including a model train, which ran on a around the ceiling line, keeping the children entertained.

There are a variety of Chinese and Thai restaurants in the valley. The China in is our favorite. The owners are friendly and strive to provided consistent quality of food. Our favorite is the Almond Chicken
