This restaurant has moved to somewhere in Utah, I heard. I don't know what else to say except that I have to use a minimum of 100 characters to get the review to publish!!!
We had the tempura hamachi tempura roll, lobster roll, pork buns, cod, brussel sprouts, hamachi, and carpaccio roll. Pork buns and hamachi tempura roll were especially delicious. Some of the dishes (the lobster roll) had a bit too much going on, but the service was fantastic (very knowledgeable and nice waiter) and the combos interesting, especially for a mountain town!
Recommended by a "foodie" friend we tried Dashi's for a birthday weekend dinner with three couples. On a busy Valentine's weekend Saturday night, our reserved table was ready for us right on time. Dashi has become a new favorite for my family. The cuisine is some of the best in town and the service is perfect. Love sitting on their patio in the summer. Great location and the price is right!
Just returned from a delightful dinner at Dashi. We made reservations and sat on the patio. The sun was setting, there was a slight breeze - wonderful way to spend our last night in Ketchum. Ahh - the food! it was plentiful and delicious. I had the wok barbequed Idaho pork baby back ribs with hoisin and a side of... More
