A Must for Idaho Falls

This is a really nice place to eat in Idaho Falls. It has an older, classic feel without feeling like the place is run down or dilapidated. The steaks and trout are both excellent.

The young man at the hotel recommended Jakers and it was just what we wanted while on a road trip through Idaho. It was 3 blocks from the hotel. Good menu, some good craft beers and very good and personal service. I had the very well done salad bar and my friend had a burger. It looks like a chain... More

We ate here as it was close to our hotel. It is BUSY!!! We were told the wait would be a couple of minutes; that turned into 20 minutes, but . .were seated in a nice booth in the bar area. We typically don't like to sit in the bar area, but . . . this did work out OK.... More

We had previously eaten at Jakers in Great Falls and were pleased to discover this one across the street from our hotel. My husband loved his prime rib, and I had the halibut which was delicious. Service was terrific.

We like to start with a nice glass of pinot gris and move on to a lovely shrimp cocktail and later dinner. I enjoy the pan fried shrimp and the spinach salad. The shrimp is lightly breaded and lightly fried. Excellent meal. Also, you can ask for a Gibson and they know what you are talking about, I like mine... More

My family has been going here for 3 generations. Best breakfast food in town. Their beef barley soup is quite literally the best thing in the world. It's also the same price as an IHOP with food that is significantly better

Food is always great, service is fantastic, and the prices are fair. One of the most dependable places I have visited. Some struggle with unevenness - Jaker's is always a solid performance.

Jakers is always consistent. The food and service is always good. Even after making a reservation, one might expect a half-hour wait (this has happened a couple of times), but they do have a charming cocktail lounge to wait in.

The atmosphere is great and the food is very good. I had the filet and it was amazing. The waitress was very nice and attentive to my needs. The menu is great and they have a full bar with local brews etc.
