Do not be afraid to try this one

Do not be afraid to try this one. We are regular visitors to Idaho Falls. Always thought that there were only fast food & chain restaurants there, at least on the main streets. Sometimes stay overnight and wanted a good restaurant for dinner. Went on TripAdvisor and was surprised at the number of... read more

We went for happy hour, all appetizers are $3 off and beers are half price. We had the special smoked trout appetizer (a little too salty but served nicely), jumbo onion rings and the tuna (which was a bit bland). Otherwise, our server was terrific and the pricing was reasonable.

A lovely place with wonderful food. Can get a little crowded and that slows down the service. But it's worth the wait.

The food is great and the value is very favorable. I never enjoyed French fries until I had the fries at Jakers. I have tried numerous items on the menu, and have yet to find one that has disappointed. The drinks are generous and well priced. Staff is very friendly, and makes a traveler feel welcomed.

Yes I would return. Clean. Quiet enough that you can think and hold a good conversation. Food was delicious. A little pricey but quality of food was worth it.

This is a nice place to dine. Kristen was our bartender/server. She recommended their specialty, Cap Steak. I had never head of this cut of meat so obviously I never tried before. I tell you, this steak was on point; tender, tasty and not fatty. Shrimp cocktail was good too. I would DEFINITELY eat here again. Thanks Kristen for the... More

Wow!! Unbelievable food--prime rib that was so delicious we went back for another round a few nights later, great salads, crunchy and succulent fried fish. Then there are the scones with honey butter, that arrive right with drinks (try the margaritas). Great service as well--thank you Christina--and if you are traveling with a large party, order the mud pie. We... More

The Cap Steak is the best steak I've had in a long time. The staff was friendly and took good care of our group (8). The steak melts in your mouth! Will be visiting here again soon!

I went to dinner with family and had the Kobe steak, it had great flavor and was very tender. Not much of a steak and came with a big price tag. Also had king crab legs that tasted very fresh and flavorful. Already cut, so no work to get to the goodness. Awesome! The lobster Bisque is to die for!!!

The best soup and salad bar in town! The dinner rolls are amazing and my food is always cooked to perfection! Great service, but this is more of a "special occasion" place because it's a little expensive.
