Bar Food

This is a decent place for a meal. They have a lot of beers on tap and the food is a little above standard bar food. Don't get me wrong, I've never had a bad meal here. It can get a little loud. In the summer they have a small patio that is nice.

I travel a lot, but this is the only place I have found applewood smoked wings. They are not cheap, but some of the best wings I have every had.

Went in for a beer and a sandwich on April 19th. Heard from some friends that I work with that it was not bad. I get that it was a Friday night but still no one came to my table. I had to go up to the bar and ask someone for a menu. I ordered a simple sandwich and... More

My husband and I were taking our teenage kids on one last trip before the start up of school. We stopped here for the third time because we loved the food and the staff! The kids love the burgers, salads for me and you can't go wrong with their steaks. We were served quickly and the wait staff was attentive... More

This place used to be amazing, regulars out towners. Everyone use to go here. Not anymore, the owner can't seem to keep staff for more than a month and anyone who is there longer hates their jobs and you can tell. The prices went up on the menu however theres a whole new kitchen staff. Dont you have to have... More

Last night is the last time I will ever enter and spend money at the Frosty Gator. The owner once again demonstrated a complete lack of regard for a concern I raised and I was treated in a manner that assures he will never profit from my hard earned dollars again. In recent months customers have had to endure smaller... More

We stop here coming home from Yellowstone. First the doors were locked when the signed said open. After we tried a couple of times we started to leave when a waitress came out and said they were opened and the doors were locked. (Well duh, we figured that out on our own.) We sat down got menus and our drink... More

The Frosty Gator used to have some of the best food and service in the area. Now it's not even worth going to for a beer. The formerly charming and bustling deck is now decaying and relatively deserted. The food was awful and our waitress apparently hates her job. This is one place to avoid.

I am part of a group who chooses to meet here once a month for lunch. We have had wonderful service... their wait staff really goes the extra mile to serve our large group with all separate checks and some late arrivals... a challenge in any restaurant. We all truly appreciate their efforts. The big bonus is that their food... More
