Great service! Margaritas were good. Carnitas were good as were the tostadas Ceviche. We especially liked the bean dip with the chips. We would recommend this place to anyone who likes Mexican food and a walk along the river.

Great Meal! So much food! There are 2 locations, which we didn't know, so we had a bit of trouble finding it when it was very easy to find! Service was great, portion size is large, had a great margarita! Very well prepared!

We live in CA and travel quite a bit, so Mexican food is something we eat frequently. We stayed in the general area and after many outdoor activities our 12 year old discovered there was a mall within an hours drive. After shopping, we stopped at Jalisco's for lunch during the week. I ordered the #1 lunch special (cheese enchilada... More

As a vegetarian, I worry about hidden lard in authentic Mexican places. The waiters here are very knowledgeable about how their dishes are prepared, and they have substitutions available for both the refried beans and the rice. The salsa was fresh and flavorful. I had lunch here with my family and all of us were pleased with our meals, and... More

We walked into the restaurant as they were getting ready to close. There were still patrons finishing their dinner. We aren't from around here, we were hungry and this place looked open. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us in. The carne asada tacos were savory and perfectly spiced. Their salsas were spicy with great flavor. I can see... More

I grew up in New Mexico and am picky about my Mexican food. Jalisco serves food cooked well and has great service. They have a quite a varied menu and have never had a bad meal there. I was there last earlier this week and had a burrito as dad my father. My son had tacos. I forget what the... More

During a business trip to the area, myself and coworkers were recommended this place. I had the Enchiladas Bandera. It was the different enchiladas with rice and beans. The beans and rice were nothing special. Standard for a place like this. The enchiladas were better than some other Mexican restaurants I've been to. The pork enchilada was my favorite. The... More

We found the hotel on the web, read some of the reviews on Tripadvisor and decided to try out Jalisco's. We found the staff very friendly. The meals we had were good to very good. They have made it a nice little restaurant. The price was good and we were not hungry when we left. Great location by the river.

Ate here with the wife on a recent trip. The food was Mexican Food, the people spoke Spanish, perhaps if I had spoken Spanish to the help the service would have been better! The staff was a little weak on their comprehension of English. The Bean Dip was very good, the salsa was weak, too few real tomatoes and too... More

Jalisco's is located right across from the Snake River Greenbelt so very easy to find and plenty of parking. We really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere, the service was very good. I loved my chicken chimichanga and my husband really loved his burrito platter. Excellent rice and beans and really yummy salsa.
