Rembrandt's is in a renovated Church in the heart of old downtown Eagle. There is lovely outdoor seating on a patio surrounded by beautiful plants and interesting sculptures. The service is odd, but it is supposed to be - this isn't Starbucks! What you will get here is a great breakfast or brunch, house made baked goods, unique atmosphere, and... More

Neat old church building, art and cozy furnishings. Love the mochas and lattes and cinnamon rolls. We always order a cinnamon roll to be served early and share before the main breakfast dish arrives. The quiche lorraine is delicious, but has gotten smaller over the years.

Cute old building. Coffee house type of place. You stand in line to place order, find a table or a couch and the food and drink is brought out to you. Service sometimes takes a long time and is not real organized. Hit and miss. Okay place to chat with friends. Oatmeal is good.

Great place to grab a cup with a friend or spouse. Killer Quiche, and baked goodies. Great atmosphere.

The food and environment at Rembrandts is great but the service is unreasonably slow. The staff seems disorganized and spacey. Too bad because their lattes are delicious but I can't handle the wait.

Loved the venue of an old church. The tables, chairs, sofas had a rugged look that blended well with the architecture and were all comfortable. The staff is pleasant and very accommodating of special requests. The day we were here the espresso machine was out of service. You receive a large latte style cup which you fill from a selection... Open mic night on some Fridays has been great where we have our coffee and dessert...with great ambience. But, this time we were greeted with a Italian dinner option which were generous servings, a easy menu with amazing flavors! Nice addition...and to top it off we listened to some amazing music artists young and mature with original music, covers and... More

Really great ambiance. The food is good but it takes forever to get your order. The service is slow. Very slow. Coffee drinks are okay, but I am a "its about the coffee not the creamer kinda gal" I like to taste my coffee in my latte. As I said the food is good but if you are really hungry... More

Tasty eats at fair prices and funky fun vibe in a universally accessible space re-purposed from a church. That's the good stuff. Woefully disorganized service leading to painfully long delays in the simplest of orders, lukewarm coffee and no soap in the loo. That's the needs improvement stuff. It was a good enough stop for us on a Sunday about... More

After waiting in line for 15 min to get a cup of coffee ( pretty good coffee I have to admit) we did not enjoy that much the excellent ambiance. Service is plain unfriendly, which is not typical for Idaho. We ordered two cups of coffee , they brought one for my wife and did not bother to bring mine.... More
