This restaurant is a jewel. Went there for the first time today and will go again. I had a sample salad plate that included three different types of their salads and added some chicken with it. They were all wonderful. I also had the hibiscus tea, it was delicious as well!! I highly recommend this place for the food and... More

It was a relief to find an authentic Latin(Mexican) American cafe! And with a healthy a menu- I'll be a loyal customer for a while. It's a local, family run business and the reason why it's so genuine. Their menu is not overwhelming and neither are their dishes. You won't find the whole burrito, tamale and enchilada plate combo with rice... More

We loved this place...very low key and absolutely excellent food! From the soups to the fresh salads this place is one of a kind. Latin American cuisine that will send your tastebuds through the roof. The owner/manager was extremely friendly & accommodating, going out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable table when the small restaurant was already... More

Tasty and unique take on lunch. It's healthy yet filling. I only wish it had longer hours- this is strictly lunch :)

I read all the reviews and gave it a try while vacationing in Coeur d'Alene. It is excellent. Upon the recommendation of the very nice owner I ordered two salads and the black bean soup. Everything was outstanding. The flavors are exceptional. I highly recommend this little place if you're looking for a wonderfully prepared, top quality meal in a... More

I really enjoyed this restaurant. I ordered small portions of three different fresh salads and they were all wonderful. They described the cuisine as Latin American fusion and the flavor of each salad was unique and interesting. The owner took time to describe each choice in mouth watering detail. I am looking forward to returning some day and trying a... More

I loved this place. The service was exceptional and the owner was very nice. He took the time to make sure we were taken care of. The sandwiches were also very yummy!!! Even my kids loved it, and they are hard to please! I would definitely go back if we are ever in the area again.

Decent food. Look thru a glass case type thing. In a tiny strip mall. No view. No atmosphere. Nothing to brag about. Sorry.

This place is really good, everything I have ever eaten I have enjoyed! A bit pricey for lunch, but well worth it. Get there early for lunch, always busy and open a short time.

I've been to Carambola a number of times and become more convinced with every visit that there is no better Latin food in the area!! The tortas (sandwich) are very well executed and every soup I've tried has been inventive and extremely flavorful. I haven't had any of the quesadillas but I would imagine they are great. You must give... More
