Good beer selection and outside seating

We went here to have a drink while walking around town. We saw that they had outside seating so we gave it a shot. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the comfort of this restaurant with its round tables and cushy chairs, the customer service and the food. Decided to order the special (fried bologna sandwich) with fries and the server was kind enough to split the meal in half for us. Enjoyed the local brews as well. The restaurant is located in the heart of Coeur d'Alene's downtown... More

This restaurant has been around twenty plus years and had alwsys been a casual place with a solid menu: oysters, steack, burgers, sandwiches, pizza. I specifically want to go for the oysters. I ordered "pan-fried" oyster, a Caesar salad, and a backed potato. The tiny oyster were the texture of solid rubber. The Caesar was dry. The potato was tasty... More

Good location, great prices, fantastic selection at the bar and on the menu. Family friendly bar with lots of movie screens, game tables, tables for large parties. Killer chowder, one of best I have had in a long time. I can't remember what exactly this desert was called but it was very good. All around a good please with a... More

Went there for an anniversary dinner. Service was great, we ordered oysters on half shell. For being an oyster bar they were not very fresh. Also husband ordered the steak, very tuff and rubbery for being rare. The chief chose more raw then rare. Have to say would not go back for dinner. Although the clam and linguine was good.

The wait staff was not overly attentive. Several times our water glasses needed refilled and the waiter walked by our table several times without acknowledging it. I had the half order nachos with chicken which was very good. My husband had the blackened salmon sandwich which he did not care for. The fish smelled really strong.

Last night, my wife and I had dinner at Cricket's. My wife told me she hadn't eaten there for over 20 years and I've never eaten there. Upon walk in, my first impression was that of the decor that had lots of toys and artifacts from years gone by all over the walls and hanging off the ceiling making the... More

We were seated literally for an hour before our food arrived but it was excellent. The linguini with clams was delicious with lots of large juicy clams. The fish tacos were very good as were the oysters. Not sure if the slow service was a Saturday night issue or not but overall it was a very positive dining experience.

At a fair price! I have not been to Cricket's in years, but looking for a place to take my daughter, since she got a new job downtown CDA, we gave them a try! Their prices are good for the downtown area, very nice serving size, good service. I had 2 large fish taco's, with good toppings, (I would of... More

The clam chowder we started with was above average and the Shrimp and Crab pizza was unusual and very good. The service was excellent. I want to commend our server who had to put up with a nasty, rude old man in the table next to ours. I wish I could remember her name.
