A 107 year Northwest institution. Kinda says it all. My wife's been eating their hamburgers for 72 years. Myself for about 67 years. We grew up with regular visits. Still go there annually in spite of living 2000 miles away. Ignore the contrarians who can't (or won't) appreciate the simplicity and consistency of these burgers. It's fun to go there.... More

We loved eating in this 50"s style restaurant, sitting on the stools by the counter. They don't make milkshakes or fries, just hamburgers, and cheeseburgers. But, these are big, seasoned just right and juicy. Love the place and will definitely return some day

Simply put these burgers are great and worth the wait, This should be the standard for all burger joints. Though not the best burger I have ever had it is standard for which I compare everything else.

I'll come right out and say it, this isn't a great hamburger. There's a lot of history, and it's a cute little shop, but you can do much better at other places around town. I had to wait what felt like an eternity for my burger and was surprised at how unremarkable it was. It's a generic white bread bun,... More

The burgers were well made ands the cook was very friendly. Sit down at a bar with take out available. Good to be at such an iconic restaurant. Homemade pie was delicious for dessert.

If you like fresh and simple burgers this is the spot. Don't ask for mayo, tomato, lettuce, chips, fries, mushrooms and such..just onion pickles and a bun... But fresh and yummy. Don't leave this 100 year old tradition in Coeur without a piece of coconut pie!!!

This is a very popular place - locals and tourists alike flock to this small but yummy joint. It is a little different - you can get single or double patty burgers, with or without cheese, with or without ketchup, pickles and onions. There are also beverages. No fries - but you really don't need them. Most people order a... More

Great burger, plain & simple, but great. Cash only, simple menu, great service. In business for over 100 years, got to be doing it right.

They don't take credit or debit cards. CASH ONLY. It's small and only seats about 10 people so the lines are a little long
