If you are in Coeur d' Alene you must stop at Hudson's for the best hamburger ever made. No frills, made fresh every time ! Bet you can't eat just one. Great sauces for the burger too!!

Great little hole in the wall! Can't go wrong with a line of people going out the door. The help are locals that can help you find your way around town or the best place to ski, very helpful and the burgers did not give me that fast food stomach ache.

We made an impromptu trip to CDA over spring break. It was our first visit to the area so we researched restaurants to try on Trip Advisor. While never actually planning to eat at Hudson's, we happened upon it in the middle of the afternoon so ducked in to try a burger. (I'm always up for a good burger) There... More

Hudson's has been here for over 100 years. But that is just one of the reasons to stop in for a simple, but hot and delicious, burger. Not the best burger I have ever had been a good one and the history of the restaurant makes it a fun experience. Everything is formed, sliced and cooked to order right in... More

Real cooked, right in front of you just like the frontier days of the silver rush of the 1800's. Simple old school burgers, add what you like after there cooked. Just like the 50's style diner like eatery.

Single or double? Cheese or not? pickle? onion? That's about all the choices you have, but that's all the choices you need! We went three times in the week we were there!! Been there, done that, got the sweatshirts!!!

Cannot describe in this small space. This was established in the turn of the last century, and the same family still runs it! Homemade burgers with 1912 condiments - no frills! Worth standing in the crowd waiting to sit down on one of the 16 counter stools and chat with the cook as your burger is made. Yum!

This quaint little burger café is a legend! They have been making hamburgers in the same spot for decades. The menu is only burgers no fries or other stuff. Just the best hamburger or cheese burger for the person who is a coinsure of the burger.

Don't be intimidated by the line, it goes fast and it is SOOOO worth it. Big, juicy burgers made with fresh, local ingredients. If you're in CDA you cannot miss this one!
